I am writing to you because Im extremely disappointed in my nisolo experience. I bought my every day Chelseas in brandy and thought they were very beautiful. After I exchanged to get the correct size, Ive had these shoes for about a month. I have worn these shoes maybe 5-6 times to the grocery store..daycare pick up, pretty tame activities and the tip of both soles are coming undone. I thought I was investing in a pair of high quality leather shoes, but I feel like I got a faulty pair. They seem to be falling a part after a month of extremely extremely light use. Why would this be happening? Its too late to return and now Im wondering what I can do here? This is extremely disappointing. I will update this review as I get help.

These are so great looking and comfortable but the soles on BOTH shoes started coming off after TWO wears. Such a disappointment

I was so excited when I found these boots - they were just what I was looking for. The toe box was pretty uncomfortable for me even after breaking in but I was willing to put up with the discomfort because I thought I had high quality boots that looked great. After only one week the rubber sole started peeling away from the toe. After looking at the recent reviews I noticed this seemed to be a reoccurring problem. I decided to return rather than exchange for a new pair because I would be weary of the same thing happening again. I dont usually write reviews but am adding my experience as it seems to be happening to others as well.

Very comfortable from day one; didn't need to break them in. Comfortable and pretty; can't wait to get them in another color. I'm usually a 5.5 in most shoes. Got these in a size 6 to wear with socks and they fit great.

Beautiful boots, but too narrow. I ordered a half size bigger than I normally buy and they still weren't comfortable.

The comfort of these shoes exceeded my expectations. I recently traveled and they were the only shoes I brought. I did a lot of walking and standing, and my feet were still happy by the end of each day!

WOW. WOW. WOW. These look and feel so luxurious, worth the price. I swear I'm buying a second pair. I'm usually a 7.5 B/M and these are TTS. I have VERY narrow feet. So I love the narrower fit of these Chelsea style boots. Finding boots that I don't have to wear two (or three) pairs of socks with is a win for myself. If you have a M or W shoe size I would order a half or full size up. Love the style of these, and they will go with a lot in my closet.

I ordered these in size 10 and had to exchange for 9.5. Lengthwise, I am generally a true 10 but my feet are narrow. Based on reviews, I went with 10, and although it fit somewhat, the heels slipped quite a bit. Although I will only be able to wear the 9.5 with tights or thin socks, the overall fit is much better. I don’t find the toe to feel as oppressive as others have described, even right out of the box.

This company/brand is new to me, and I have loved my first pair of boots! The are beautifully made and comfortable. My first pair was a little tight so I had to go up a size, and customer service was awesome. I will be ordering again and also recommending it to others!

Love my everyday Chelsea commuter boot. Beautiful craftsmanship, packaging and quality. Will be saving up for another purchase soon. The fit is like a glove. No sloshing around in my boots.

I read about Nisolo in a NYT article about product labeling systems to let us know what impact our purchase has had on the planet and on the people who made them. Loved that Nisolo is leading the way with that and tried this pair of boots. When I buy a clothing or footwear item I have committed to retiring another item by recycling or donating it. It takes a lot to get me to trade in an old favorite for an unknown. I am very happy with the All-Weather Chelsea boot! It fits my lifestyle, I walk alot, and our environment, Albuquerque does indeed have "all-weather". I wore them in the house for a day to break them in and be sure I had the right size. Then I started using them for my daily walking- averaging 3-4 miles each day.These boots fit well and are very comfortable for walking around town. I am getting lots of compliments on the look of the Chelsea and feel comfortable wearing them for casual events and for times when I want to be a bit more dressed up. The only negative I found was being a little surprised at the amount of packaging. Specifically, each boot being in its own cloth bag seems excessive for a company so committed to reducing our impact. I'll keep the bags and do my best to upcycle them but I'd rather not have them. Other than that, having a great boot, that I am confident will last a long time, and knowing that the production process paid people living wages and was sustainable is a win!

Absolutely love these shoes! They are lightweight yet sturdy, comfy, and Nisolo nailed it with the color!

I LOVE the look of these boots. They go with everything and they're incredibly well made. However, they do require some breaking in. Because these are such high-quality, real leather boots, they will likely feel pretty tight at first. I followed Nisolo's recommendations for breaking in new boots and now they're the most comfortable shoes I own.

These shoes checked every box on my list! Comfortable all-day wear, stylish, go with anything, ethically made - I'm in love! 100% recommend. Definitely size up a half-size, and if you ride the fence between sizes, I would recommend sizing up a half size from the larger size that you normally fit into.

These shoes do take a bit of time to break in around the rim of the ankle, but the sole area is so comfortable! They look so sleek from the front - almost like youre wearing actual heels. I also have them in almond and just ordered them in the cream color.

I am always worried with shoes that come to a point that the toe box will cramp my foot, but there is plenty of room in these and the sizing guidelines were excellent to help me choose!

My boots are stunning. The original boots fit a little too snugly (owing to the narrow toe) and so I sized up. The exchange process was painless and quick. I love the new boots!

Really great Chelsea boots. My first pair of Nisolos and I am impressed with how comfortable the sole is right out of the box. As the product description says, these boots are narrow at the toe, so I exchanged my regular size for a half size up so the front of my foot is comfortable.

Beautiful boots! Easy to dress up or down with a pair of jeans-these are quickly becoming my favorite pair of boots.
