I like the quality of your products. This is the first time I have bought a small backpack for my son who has just started school.

Good simple kids backpack

Cute and practical for my 5-year old, but the color shows and dirt quickly. Which is to be expected from a light purple color.

Too small but great if don't need a ton of room

Miss the recon squash. It held so much and was more comfortable. This backpack needs a chest clip/strap, and more elastic material for the front pocket like the squash

Small and thin. Preschool size bag. Not room for much.

The squash recon was a perfect kids backpack until now. North Face took away the exterior zip pocket that was perfect for things like hand sanitizer or pencils. Older models had fun prints that didn't show the inevitable dirt that gets on kid stuff and had a smaller more tasteful logo. Please return to the older model, I would buy that one again and again.

lettering fell off half way already in the first week of use

Cute back and perfect size for a 10 year old but the lettering is already coming off after only a couple of weeks with very limited use. This is definitely not the quality of North Face that we have been use to with our other products.

My daughter's going to school backpack. It was washed the first time on low spin delicate cold water cycle and the lettering started coming off. It will be ruined next wash.
