Great size for kids

I bought this backpack for my child to use for school and have retired his old one (also The North Face brand) for the hiking trails we go on. These things last! I would highly recommend this product!

My son will use this backpack for kindergarten in the fall. I like the size and color. It would be nice to have a chest strap, but the bag will work well.

Great camp bag! Light weight with tons of space

Bought two of these for my nephews. Beautiful and clean design with spacious room. They use it as an everyday school backpack and love it.

This backpack amazing. This is not too big and not too small. Very comfortable, I'm wearing it every day with my children.

I love that this bbackpack is just the right size for my 3rd grader. The color is as pictured and it very lightweight so it would add extra weight with stuff is packed in there.

My granddaughter needed a weather resistant backpack for school and this is the one. Perfect size for younger children. Has all the functionality needed for multiple items. Great color. Seems durable.

Great backpack. However we really miss the front small zipper pocket they used to put on the top front for small items like chapstick and sunscreen.

Great backpack for my 6yo. Doesn't have a sternum strap though. It would help if you guys edited the "details" section on the product page, as it wrongfully says that it does.

Perfect fit for the kiddos. I love that the new version has material side pocket instead of the cloth to reduce ripping when using the side pockets for water bottles or other supplies. The straps are easily adjustable and comfortable.
