Bought these for a trip to Sedona. I didn't have time to break them in, so I just put them on and wore them the entire trip. I was skeptical but hiked some seriously steep and tough rock formations/trails with these - total of around 15 miles. My feet felt great the whole time, grip was exceptional, and no blisters. These are fantastic!

This is my second pair of North Face shoes. A 70+ year old, doing some hiking in Summit County, Co. and Porcupine Mountain area. I get compliments and questions about how I like the shoes. I also bought North face boots in Breckenridge this past winter.

These shoes were comfortable out of the box. I wear these hiking on moderate trails. Toe box is roomy.

Great hiking and all around walking shoes. Excellent grip and the rolling sole is so comfortable. The Banff blue is awesome.

I had been looking for a trail shoe with a carbon plate. This shoe is lightweight, but also does the work that carbon plate technology offers. I would buy them again. I would have gone a half size bigger though, but still, the shoe is great.

I've tried so many shoes before this and every single one hurt the middle part of my soles. This is the only pair that doesn't cause that issue and they've been extremely comfortable from day one. Unfortunately, the durability is a letdown. After about a year of light use, the midsole on the left shoe started to come apart, which was really disappointing. I expected better quality considering how well they performed comfort-wise.

Great shoes. Even though I order 1/2 size bigger, they are still slightly too snug. For everyone else, order a full size large than your normal size. Other than that they are wonderful. Very stable on a hike and just around town.

Not the best looking shoe, but they get the job done! Mild break-in time, but a great shoe for summer hikes.

Overall a good shoe. I have a wide foot and it felt a little narrow at first. Starting to naturally widen with use. Does not breath as well as other shoes I have had.

It's a little snug in the toe box but I used the size I've been using for years when buying from North Face. Other than that the shoe is functional for my needs in walking and treadmill at age 79.

Comfy shoes. They don't breathe well as they are almost waterproof. They are wide also. Overall they are comfortable but would be better in a cooler climate.

This shoe would be good for a hiker with narrow feet. Wanted to use it as a lifestyle shoe but it is a serious hiking shoe. The fit is true sized, but again, a little narrow.
