the toe piece is plastic and very hard, uncomfortable to walk in due to this feature

I really liked the look. However, where the braided part hit the top of my foot was not comfortable, even a little painful.

These sandals came to me not new but already well worn with scratches all over them. I didn’t even wear them once as they were clearly not new. They’re sat all summer in a box in my car I kept forgetting to return them but I won’t be buying shoes from Zappos again. Getting charged new prices for worn shoes!

I’ve worn Birkenstocks for years and even sold them when I worked in a shop in high school. These are the worst quality I’ve seen due to the plastic toe divider. It was extremely painful from the moment I put them on so I had to return them. I’m sad that Birkenstock cheaped out and used plastic on such a cute style.

Unfortunately my foot "swam" in the sandal and no matter how things were adjusted. Need sandals that are for smaller feet, not just just shorter feel! "

These shoes arrived in a box that was falling apart. The shoes themselves were 1/2" longer than several other pair of size 38 Birkenstock I own.

Arrived scratched and color was mottled. Returning.

These shoes killed my feet. The thong ripped all the skin off between my toes in a matter of minutes.

Very nice style Birk.. problem is the middle thong area for between the toes. It’s hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. There’s no breaking in for these. Unfortunately, I had to return these.

Very disappointed with how this was delivered. The leather was all scratched up.

These are gorgeous but the braided straps rub against the top of your feet and cause a lot of discomfort. I got blisters from wearing them for just 20 minutes. Sadly I have to return them.

Was not happy with the oiled leather-look, looked worn. Thought it was just leather.

I returned them because they hurt my feet within minutes of outting them on. I am waiting for my refund now.

The tab for the thong digs right into your ankle where it meets your leg. I'd last less than 5 minutes walking anywhere in these.
