Shoe was very narrow and did not fit like most size 10's I have purchased in the past

Just not as comfortable as other grand models I have had.

Shoes narrower than expected. Difficult to break in.

These run pretty true to size, but the design isn't as interesting as it appears in pics. They are all shine and no noticeable cuts in the "skin" yet there are. They're too subtle. And I couldn't tell nor did they answer the question if they leak when it rains.

I returned these because the suede was missing from the front 35% of the shoe.

Product was a great fit I highly recommend the product

This show is so comfortable and versatile. It looks great whether being worn with jeans or with more formal attire.

Lovely Shoe but not wide enough

They are an on line shoe company that won't except returns or exchanges Their website says they do. But the minute you purchase them at the bottom of the invoice and clearly states that there will be no exchanges or returns. They asked me if I had any comments with my purchase. I stated this and have never heard back from him. It's not surprising but if you're going to ask anybody for their opinion of your company. Might want to respond to it.
