Cheaply made poor quality

I was sent wrong shoes. Wrong style. Wrong size. Wrong color.

I special ordered 9.5W and they were still too tight. Must just be the style of shoe. Very disappointing.

I've worn this shoe 4 times, hoping it would break in. This is a terribly constructed shoe and does nothing but cause foot pain. Because of the inner sock like liner and inability to actually tighten the shoelaces there is too much room on the shoe upper. Also the Cole Haan refund policy doesn't allow for product not meeting your expectations. This shoe initially feels fine wearing around the house, however after you wear the shoe for a 9 hour workday your feet are absolutely wrecked.

Excited to get a pair that was a good price. Received the wrong pair of shoes. Someone put a bad pair in a box and just sent it. Very low standards.

I ordered a laser wingtip Oxford (brown) and got a completely different show

Sole feels weird, cant walk right in these. Cant get comfortable in these unfortunately

bad item sent there were scratches all over the shoes.

Received subpar product had lot of scratches.

I bought 6 months ago. Only use 1 or 2 time per week

This was a huge waste of money. I struggled through the pain for 30 days trying to break them in. It was horrible. They never got comfortable. Pro: lightweight and stylish Con: no cushion, angled like a high heel, uncomfortable when standing on your feet for long periods of time.

I rarely ever ever do reviews unless I'm pretty disappointed or stoked. I feel like I have to in this case. These shoes are super uncomfortable. They have a foam ring around them to get your foot into the shoe that is difficult to work with is super bright yellow (ugly) and isn't pictured very well in the marketing. Additionally, the heels of the shoe have protruding patches that make them difficult to walk on uneven. Tried to return them, but they wouldn't because they were clearance item. Which wasn't disclosed also. Is what it is but be warned I'd stay away from these ones

The color scheme is totally ugly could not tell from the picture, but also there was no returns on the item, so I'm stuck with ugly shoe

I bought these shoes in February and I only wear them once a week. It took less than 6 months (24 Times Wearing Them) for them to look worn and needing replaced. These shoes are not cheap and if you are going to wear them consistently than you better be prepared to replaced them after a few months.

Looks great but when it comes to comfort it's not that great. I had high expectations for the price. Disappointed

What was advertised as a 11 Medium actually fitted more like a 10. Couldn't get my foot into it, even with a shoehorn. I have other Cole Haan shoes and I wear an 11. Now I have to go through the refund and return hassle.

Sizing is long way oversize. I normally have the opposite problem, and have purchased this brand many times.

I have multiple pairs of other their shoes and these particular ones run 1 to 1-1/2 size larger to my other zerogrand shoes

I recently received a pair of shoes that looks like previously owned and had some dirt on the sole. Although they are lightweight, they are not very comfortable, especially at the bridge where they feel tight. I bought them two sizes larger than my usual size to try to alleviate the tightness, but they still feel uncomfortable. While they look nice, I am concerned about their durability.

Already returned them. Size is way too big. And not that comfortable. Looking for good shoes to work in. These ain't it.

Show was severely scuffed and damaged
