Wrong shoes were in the box

Shoe is just OK. Vent holes collect debris easily and shoe runs big.

The shoes are much more red than in the picture. It was deceiving and I wouldn't have chosen the color had I known.

They are too big. They are the same size as every other shoe I have but they don't properly fit my fit and flop around causing pain. They look cool. Feel bad.

My three other pairs of Cole Haan shoes are a size 11.5 so I ordered that size in this style shoe and these are too big. The fit isn't as comfortable as I was expecting but I do like the color.

Wanted an exchangedenied

The wrong shoes were shipped to me. I had to physically drive into a Cole Haan Outlet to has the shoes exchanged. It was a huge inconvenience plus I wasn't able to wear the correct shoes to a planned event that was scheduled.

Leather creases very easily. There is no arch support and the foam, while comfortable, is unlikely to last long.

The items I was sent was in poor condition. They were used shoes.

Runs a half size bigger than anticipated. Leather isn't the same quality as it used to be - and mine showed up with scuff/blemishes/glue on the upper that couldn't be reconciled. Disappointed, Cole Haan has really succumbed to profit-margin squeezes and has answered with a much lower quality product than they used to be.

Extremely uncomfortable, as the edges of the shoe are hard and rub against ankle

They are off on sizing so much it's laughable . These fit so small . I had to return and I'm having the hardest time getting my refund .
