I ordered two of these. While the fit is perfect, the collar is a real annoyance. It is difficult to wear with the front unzipped as the collar does not lie flat. Last year I ordered two similar jackets with a full front zip. Same problem. I'm really sad to be returning them, but the collars are a nuisance.

I ordered it for my sister so she will make final decision, however I think the quality is not LL Bean quality for $79.95.

Material felt like cheap polyester. Not the quality I expect from LL bean. Also a wee bit snug. I returned it.

I have a couple of these very pretty quilted sweatshirts. The beautiful soft pink color of this one really makes it a standout!

Love the colors and fit but the front pocket quilted material has holes with one delicate wash. Called customer service, but they insisted I return the item before they would send a replacement If you read the other reviews, you can see, it's a known problem. I purchased 4 of these and they all have the same problem.

I have purchased six of these sweatshirts. I love them. They fit well, are made well and I love the kangaroo pocket. HOWEVER, every one of them has gotten small holes in the quilting after about a year of wearing. I darned the first one thinking it was an anomaly. It wasn't. Very disappointed.

I love the color and the length of this pullover. I am 5'9 and have a long torso. The large fits perfectly in length and I can even turn the cuffs. The disappointing part is the waist band. It is all stretched out and is very unflattering. I can tell the elastic has just broken down over time. I thought washing may tighten it up a bit but nope, still is slack, stretched out and hangs. It's too bad as I wanted to like this pullover. Sadly, I would have to package the item, pay for shipping, and pay for the exchange. LL Bean has certainly gone down in quality.

Most disappointing! Bought three and two pilled in the underarms and inside the full length of the arms after just two wearings. Seems to be par for the course anymore.

I bought this shirt last year and loved it so much I bought one for my friend. Not so much love now as the sleves, the sides, and the collar faded. The quilted front and back as well as the band on the bottom and the cuffs retained the original color.

Looks nice out of the bag, BUT I wore twice and washed twice and it's pilling badly under the arms! I have another one that is similar and it's over 2 years old. It doesn't pill. I will not be buying this one again.

Everything was too large and bulky for me with this pullover.

The collar is unnecessarily oversized and due to the heavy zipper, it refuses to lay flat when the zipper is only partially zipped. This is too bad since the pullover itself is quite soft and warm.

I like the sweatshirt but holes quickly formed on the front part and now the threads are starting to pull out.

loved the warmth of this, but the quilted fabric is thinner than regular sweatshirt and wears out really fast. i own about 10 of these but will not be buying again.

Fit well thru the shoulders, good length; however, waistband has no elasticity and is much too loose. Hangs very loosely and baggy at the hip, making it unattractive and not warm.

If you are looking for warmth, this is not your sweater. Very thin and skimpy in the material. Looks nice, but not for winter!!

The sleeve cuffs are very stiff at least on the cream colored one. I haven't tried any of the other colors maybe those are different. I'm not sure but I would think they're all similar.

I had a few of these that I bought three or four years ago and have loved wearing them. I decided to buy more in different colors, but am really disappointed with the change in quality. The old ones were lined in places, twice as thick, warm, and kept their shape. The new ones are thin, clingy, and made using a cheaper material. I am not willing to pay LL Bean prices unless it is what I have come to expect as LL Bean Quality.

I have been an LL Bean customer for almost 30 years. It has been my go-to company for on line shopping as well as shopping at the brick and mortar stores of Freeport, Maine, and Albany, New York. I have never been disappointed by their products and all these years until now. I like the looks of the sweatshirts so much that I bought two one in rust and one in gray. I am careful with my clothes and they usually last several years. I cannot recommend these sweatshirts due to the wear that occurred on the bottom of the pocket area. The fabric wore through and the black quilting shows through.

While the sweatshirt is very soft and warm, the collar drives me nuts. I do not like it zipped all the way up as it feels constrictive on my throat; however, with it partially zipped, the collar refuses to fold down nicely, and constantly jumps up. I keep hoping with each wash that the collar will soften up and behave, but it's yet to happen.

Body fit is good but the arms are horribly tight....overall fit not in sync. Done with women's clothing have better success with men's.

I don't understand size inflation. I ordered a women's small but it's clearly in the medium range. It's a nice pullover but the sizing then makes it look sloppy.

I've purchased this pullover numerous times, so much so that I've managed to gather six different colors, starting with the first one purchased years ago. In fact, that first one was 80% cotton. It is worn and faded now, but I take it camping because it's warm and fits well. The last pullover purchased just this year is not warm nor does it fit well. The cotton has dwindled down to 51% cotton, 49% poly. It is longer in the torso and looks ...well, it doesn't look good when I wear it in spite of the pretty color. But color doesn't make up for the ill-fitting, chilly polyester feeling when I try to wear it. What a shame. LLBean had something good. But quality went the way of the polos...scarce if not missing. What's happened to LLBean?
