Daughter loved her robe. Is like a robe she had that wore out. Robe is very soft and comfortable, and also very warm. I only wish it came in other colors. Was looking for a light purple or a pink color. Will last very long, good quality of fabric.

This robe was the 4th terry robe that I've gotten from LLB. Obviously, I love the product. This robe seems a bit lighter than the previous ones. Not really a complaint, just an observation. The only complaint that I have is that they don't come in petite sizes anymore and there are fewer colors to choose from. Otherwise, good products.

The quality of this robe is excellent. It washed well with no shrinkage. It is very thick and soft. The size is accurate. I would have given it 5 stars except for the location of the belt loops. Because I am short, the belt is not situated at my waist. Consideration should be given to adding a second set of belt loops higher on the robe so one can choose best belt location for themselves. This is often done on hotel robes and works very well.

Very nice terry cloth bathrobe, which are not that easy to find. Fits at mid calf, not too long and not too short. I like the weight of it. Fleece robes are too light and fluffy for me.

Nice and soft, looks like it should wear well. The only thing is that the sleeves are a little long, but was able to cuff it larger than what the picture displays without being awkward. Wish it came in more colors.

I like this robe a lot, but I ordered "medium" because "small" wasn't available. Big mistake. Medium is much too big for me.

Bought this robe years ago. Still can't wear it. It must weigh 50 pounds. Too heavy and hot.

It's a nice robe. A wish it were softer but is absorbent so great after bath. I think it is expensive for quality. It's does the trick.

The robe is very heavy and the material is not soft. I also felt that it was not as warm as it should be considering the heaviness of the material.

The belt loop disattached after one wash. It is not flattering, for sure.

Just ok. Not the quality I expected. This was a gift. I bought three. Two backordered. Probably cancelling rest of order. Also never got a bill but got an alert email today that payment is due.

This is a warm, comfortable robe and the small is generously sized. It's great after the shower as the thick terry fabric is quite absorbent. Sadly, I would not purchase again because the robe snags easily. My daughter brushes her long hair while wearing the robe the the fibers of the brush have pulled the back and front shoulders terribly. She makes an effort to brush lightly, but the mildest touch pull threads from the robe and leaves them hanging and shaggy. If you have short hair this robe would likely be great.

I loved the feel and look of this robe, but the fabric is fragile. After not too many uses (standing in bathroom after showering, not used for lounging), the fabric has numerous snags/pulled terrycloth loops. It's starting to look kind of ratty. Very disappointing. Does it's job and is comfortable, so guess it's not worth taking back. But wish it were up to LL Bean standards.

Got the robe for my wife for Christmas a couple of years ago. As several others have stated, it was GREAT initially. She had the same trouble with the fabric "picking" and "stringing" that others have commented on. We've purchased items from LL Bean for 50 years. This robe did not live up to the quality we have come to expect from them.

For years, I searched in vain for a good, natural fiber bathrobe like this one but only found synthetic fibers and short styles. I'd have preferred a longer one -- really ankle length instead of calf length -- but this seemed to be as near perfect as I've seen in 20 years, so I clicked. I don't like tight robes, so I ordered by the size guidelines . . . and I'm glad I did. I do like long bathrobes, so I wish I hadn't trusted the care label but I did and put it in the dryer rather than hanging it up, and now it is much shorter. Otherwise, it would be a very good bathrobe if I needed a bathrobe in an unheated house in a very cold place, but I am burning up. It's just too thick. The sleeves are so long that I must double the cuffs (still long even then), and then my wrists are swathed in about four inches of terry. It's probably a great seasonal bathrobe for short women who live in very cold climates where energy costs are very high. Me? I'll keep searching.

I've had the robe for about two months. Fit is great. Feels great. Quality of material is lacking. I think the fabric is too soft. The robe is already showing wear around the collar. I do not have a beard but the little stubble I have is causing the terrycloth loops to turn to fuzz. This robe replaces another robe that was too short in the sleeves and in overall length. But that terrycloth material wore like iron. That robe was not from LL Bean.

I expected to love this terry robe but it didn't live up tp expectations. It shrank when washed and dried, about 1.5". So what was already shorter than I wanted was even shorter. I thought when buying it was a long robe but it's not and now it comes to mid lower leg. I'm 5'6". Also it's not as plush as I expected which makes it lighter in weight so that might be a plus as well as minus. And the cut of the design does nothing to flatter a woman. My robe that this was to replace was much more flattering though basically the same type robe, it's all in the cut.

I ordered online for in-store pickup, and when I got it home I realized it was full of pulls. :( The robe is otherwise a lovely color (I got the light blue) and super soft/comfortable, but I was disappointed with the condition of the fabric for the price. It could be this particular one took a beating at the store, but this has not been a problem with terrycloth robes I've owned in the past.

I loved the blue pastel color. I did not like much else about this robe. It is heavy, it is NOT soft at all. The color and the fact that it is organic are its only virtues. Sadly it will not be the "go to" robe for those cozy stay at home days with a good book to read. Of course I am disappointed as I had high hopes for this pretty robe.

I am disappointed with this organic terry robe. It was just what I wanted but after a little more than a month the terry is coming loose in several places, especially under the back of the collar.

Great material but way too big. Need petite sizes back in this.

I bought this to wear when getting out of the hot tub. I loved it when I first opened it and put it on. Color was pretty and it was warm and absorbent. Unfortunatley the chemicals from the hot tub caused it to discolor and it now looks awful. My towels have not gotten discolored from the hot tub so I don't know why the robe did. Don't bother with this robe if you are planning on wearing it after a swim or hot tub.
