This robe is very comfortable and warm. I think it will meet my needs for all seasons. True to size. I am 5 foot 3 inches, 130 lb and I ordered a small. My reason for a 4 rating is that the fabric is starting to show small pulls. I would not have expected this for a terry cloth robe that is about 6 weeks old. I have not put this through the laundry yet. I hope it will stand up. I will hold on recommending this purchase until I have put through the laundry a few time.

Very comfortable. Wish that it had also been available in Petite length. Lovely lilac color! Little bit tight around the hips and I ordered "large".

The Terry Robe was the closest we could find to the 100% Turkish terry cloth robe offered some recent years ago. This Terry Robe provides exceptional warmth and is an excellent addition to one's after shower wardrobe.

The only reason I didn't give this robe 5 stars is that it is a lot heavier than I expected. But everything else about it is absolutely wonderful. soft thick terry cloth, like wearing a luxurious bath towel head to toe. I am 5'5" and if you are shorter than that you might find the robe is too long.

luxuriously thick but rather heavy - cuffs a bit too thick

I like this bathrobe very much. I read reviews before purchases and some thought the robe was too heavy. That is what I wanted a heavy winter robe. Well, I thought it could have been heavier. To me it was a nice weight and the color I chose was lilac and it's beautiful.

Nice thick warm robe. Liked the first one so much that I ordered a second one. Before it was delivered, the seam on the pocket became loose, I had to sew it!! I feel it should be of higher quality. Too light of colors, and I would prefer to have slash pockets.

It is a very well mad and luxurious robe but it's heavier then I expected. I wanted a lighter weight so I could wear it year round.. this is perfect for winter months. However I kept it because it so nice.

This is a very soft and cuddly robe. I like the soft pink that I chose.

Lusciously thick and soft, but the sleeves on the ExtraSmall are too long.

Love this robe. It is hard to find a soft terry cotton robe. I am 5'10 & 138 pounds. I ordered a medium and probably could have fit in a small. The robe comes past my knees and the sleeves are long enough that I can make a cuff at the wrist. I am more legs than body and the belt fits more by my hips than waist.

I love this plush, warm robe. The fabric feels almost like a velvet. The fabric feels very soft and is very absorbent. I use it daily. On the inside edges of the fabric, the look is a bit worn, which seems wrong to me, which is why I gave the robe a four instead of five.

I like this robe a lot - light, soft. and perfect length. The color not exactly as pictured.

Comfortable, cozy, snuggly, but some fraying already

This robe is soft and comfortable. It washes beautifully. Unfortunately, the LL Bean and size tags are rough and scratchy. I had to remove them and sew up the holes. Otherwise, I love this robe.

It's a nice robe but not good for petites. I rolled the sleeves up 3 times and it hung way to low. Also, for an extra small, it felt big. I returned it.

Overall, I like this robe. It's heavy. It's soft. The only issue I have with it is this...it "picks." There are several places that I see anywhere from 3-6 "picks" of threads sticking up. It doesn't affect the wearability...just looks untidy.

We ordered two monogrammed robes and were really surprised at how large and long they were. They are going back. Neither of us (two women) have ever worn a small in anything. We are weighing whether to try the smalls, as we haven't found other robes online that seem as cozy and reasonable. These were ordered to wear out to the hot tub and back. Can't imagine wearing them around the house. They are heavy and would be hot, I think. They are really long! Almost to my ankles. (I average our heights for this review, one of us is 5'1" and one is 5' 5")

The only reservation is that the color was pale compared to what I expected.

The fabric is thick and absorbent. And it washes well. The light blue color is lovely. I am sorry that I followed L.L. Bean's sizing chart because the robe is huge. I should have bought a small and I am not a small person. I would have returned it but with Covid-19, I'm sure Bean employees are swamped and deliveries travel at glacial speed; it wasn't worth waiting a month or more to get the smaller version. I suppose I might appreciate it more in the winter when it's cold and I can bundle up in it.

This bathrobe is a beautiful color (I got the Dawn Blue), and the fabric is thick and soft. But it's also a little heavy, heavier than your fleece bathrobes, of which I have one, and maybe not quite as warm. Maybe I'm just not used to it yet. Time will tell. It really is an awfully nice robe though, all told.

This took a month to arrive. I ordered it on December 6, 2019 and it arrived on January 2, 2020. The time this took to arrive was much beyond the projected date for delivery. I found this to be very disappointing.

Terrific fabric. Warm and comfortable. Possibly a little shorter than expected, but good on the stairs if you're carrying something.
