Waited a year to receive this robe due to it selling out quickly last
year. Have not laundered yet and there are multiple tears in the seams. I am not rough on clothing. Would not recommend.

I'm not happy with this robe at all. It's only fleece and it's double the price of what fleece is worth and it's full of fibers and sheds everywhere. It was a gift for my mother and I got her the berry color and it leaves a ton of dark fleece all over her white bedspread if she sits on her bed. It's light and soft but this is poor quality..I have lots of other fleece robes and blankets and they never do this. Not good quality, not a good value

I was very excited to receive this robe as a gift. It is very soft and everything about it I loved. I have owned it a month now and there are three rips in the back and the right front pocket is completely ripped. I am hoping we are able to get a new one but I am not sure I will get this exact one again. I washed on delicate and by itself, never put in the dryer. I am disappointed in the quality.

The pocket has a hole in it from not being sewn correctly. I expect more from LL Bean

I purchased this robe as a Christmas present for my Mom and the sleeves were not the same length...the right arm was longer than the left arm. The left sleeve stopped short of her wrist and the right sleeve went mid-way down her hand. This is the first time that I've seen a defect like this in an LL Bean product. We returned the robe, and I purchased a robe from a different vendor.

I purchased this robe to replace a Bean robe that I received as a gift probably 10+ years ago--hooded fleece lined robe made from sweatshirt type material. Bleach stained from last year's pandemic cleaning. This plush robe is not a good replacement. Rather like wearing a cheap shag rug. Shiny slick material that just feels icky. Not as warm. In process of returning for an exchange. Asked for the men's rugby robe, which is similar to my old robe. Hope they have one in stock.

This is the third of this robe I've ordered. They all were the same color and two the same size. There was no bleeding of color, but all three were around 5 inches shorter than the one I received as a gift about year and half ago. I probably will look elsewhere the next time I order one as a gift.

The skirt of this robe is badly cut. It needs to be more generous to accommodate walking.

A beautiful, warm robe. Unfortunately after one wearing I noticed many threads emerging from seams and the hem. It appeared to be unraveling of the non selvage edge of the fabric and I decided it was best for me to return. The construction just wasn't up to par.

I'e always loved everything I've purchased from Bean, until now. If the color wasn't called plum I would say it was a not so pretty brown. I loved the idea or a comfy, warm hood but the weight of it pulls the robe open at the collar. It's advertised as wicked plush but it's not. It's an okay robe. I'm disappointed in it and the price I paid for it.

I revived my robe with a hole in it. It was extremely disappointing.

After a couple weeks it's tearing at the shoulder :(. It is really soft and a great, large size for a small though. Was hoping it was better made. Hopefully a little mend will preserve it! Also a bit worried about the Sherpa at the cuffs getting dirty. I've been keeping them rolled.

Nice and soft but too thin! No weight, could do with flanel or fleece lining for the price. In the future i will just purchase a high pile fleece robe

Not as plush as it looked in picture. Nice color, though.

Love the robe but had to return the first 2 because of ripping after a very long long wait. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm because I really love this robe but the quality is not the same!

I loved this, but the sizing that attaches the hood to the robe is really scratchy on my neck. Will return the robe

This was on back order and looking forward to a really good robe. The material is thinner than I imagined it would be. Haven't decided if I'm going to keep it, as it doesn't seem worth the price.
The magenta color is nice and it is very soft. However, even from just trying it on once its shedding.

My husband purchased this for me for Christmas, and it's already got loose threads and just looks terrible. Seems very poorly constructed, I'm so disappointed. Not the LL Bean quality I have come to know and love.

This robe is made of great material, but i received it today, and I'm writing this review because the seam of the right pocket is already somehow gone, creating a gaping hole in the pocket. I waited a month to get this product, and spent a fair amount of money on it, so I'm really shocked that it came with a poorly sewn seam, day one. This is not the quality I expected from LL Bean and for this price.

I was unimpressed with this robe. Felt very thin. For the price, and company reputation, I expected better quality. I returned it.

The robe itself is a dream if you dont mind getting out your needle and thread for an item you paid over $100 for. The first one I ordered had a hole in the shoulder. When I reported that to customer service they sent me a replacement. That one has a hole in it by one of the pockets. Seems pointless to report it again. Returns might be "free" but it cost money to get to the UPS drop off and my expectation that the next one wouldn't have a hole in it is pretty much zero.
Quality and craftsmanship, zero stars.

Plush, but I don't like the shearling - it's too heavy.

Plush but disappointing. This robe is silky soft and cozy, and I love the *idea* of the sherpa lined cuffs and hood. BUT. When the hood is not worn, its weight down the back pulls at the robe, causing it to gradually separate in front, leaving the neck exposed to chilly temps indoors. The pile is so silky smooth that the belt will not stay "tied" when it is merely looped through each other and not actually knotted or tied in a bow (I don't like to use the inner ties). I am reluctantly going to return this, and maybe just buy a new fleece one, which will be warmer AND allow me to use the belt as casually as I like.

I purchased this lovely robe and enjoyed how warm and soft it was. However, after washing it there was lint everywhere. I washed it a couple of times thinking it would get better, but it was just as bad....way too much fleecy lint all over the house and clothes that were washed in the same load.
