This is a very comfortable, warm bathrobe. I'm sure that I will have it for many years. I really like that it has a hood, too. However, the finish of the cuffs is really poorly done, and certainly not what one would or should expect at this price point. Either the cuffs should have been made longer/bigger so that one could turn them up without the seam showing, OR the seam should have been sewn in a fashion so as not to show the stitching. As it is, I expect that I'll have to get out my sewing machine to make adjustments so this better aligns with my own standards of quality - the ones that LL Bean used to share.

I was over the top excited about this purchase because most of the L.L.Bean items I have bought are fantastic quality. Those lined wool sleeves are a terribly sloppy sew job. The robe is cozy enough, but the stitching quality just isn't there. Clearly they were in a huge hurry to fill backorders.

Imagine opening this robe as a gift you asked for on Christmas morning and finding it ripped.on the shoulder seam. And now the color and size requested is not available.Reading a lot of similar reviews about poor quality from llbean. Super bummed.

Hard to know without seeing and touching the fabric what it is like. I prefer a tight knit or weave, and this robe doesn't have that.

This is the best bathrobe. It is soft and warm. I love it.

I bought this as a gift, and I was proud to give it. It really is super soft and rich feeling. I got a petite large, and it fit my 5'2" daughter perfectly with the sleeves turned up, and it looks good with them turned down as well. No idea what she weighs, but her hips are wide, and this is a generous fit. No need to size up.

Bought this robe on clearance a few years ago. It is awesome for winter. So warm and cozy. Love the hood too. Just bought another one. Paid more money cause bought during winter but well worth it. It washes well too.
