The robe is warm and cozy as described. It is also enormous! I am 5'2 130 lbs, and purchased the petite medium. The waist was close to my hips, the length almost to my ankles, the sleeves were long and the hood was heavy and large. If I put the hood up it covered most of my face. The fabric is soft and the blue color is lovely. I considered exchanging for a smaller size, but I think the hood would still be disproportionately large. If it came with a shawl collar, I would consider trying again. I appreciate the mid-calf length, as ankle length even in petite is generally too long.

I was so excited about this robe - it was everything I was looking for and more. Full length, plus size, beautiful, incredibly soft, wonderfully cozy, just amazing in every way - until I put it on without a shirt underneath. For some inexplicable reason this sumptuous, luxurious robe has an incredibly thick (like half an inch), itchy seam that juts out all around the hood and the cuffs. If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to the way clothes feel this is incredibly bothersome. I can't for the life of me figure out why they would put something so contrary to the rest of the robe all across the shoulders. Why not cover the seam? Put it in the outside? There are so many other options. Unfortunately this ruined the robe to me and I had to return it. If you're not sensitive to things like this, or only intend to wear the robe over clothes, then I would still recommend it.

I purchased this robe last year, love it so thought I'd get another. The new robe is not nearly as plush as last years! Also shorter length. I returned it.

It is wonderfully warm. The hood relaxes with the first wash. It will make you look like you gained 20 ponds. The color is beautiful. It does not attract pet hair.

The fabric was cozy and soft, but the cut was very large and bulky. Even the XS petite was way too big, so unfortunately I sent it back.

I ordered online as a gift for my daughter. She wanted the thickest robe we could find. I expected with the title being described as WICKED PLUSH and the cost being $99 this would be the one. Not as thick as we expected.

this was purchased as a gift for my Mother in Law. unfortunately she was unable to wear it do to a strange odor that made her ill, even after washing and hanging to air out. Rather than going through the hassle of returning it we decided to donate it to a needy family.. We've always been so happy with products from LL Bean., unfortunatley this was a real disappointment

While the robe is good the monogram is too small and the color that was reccomended, is not very visible

Love the robe but the sizes are deceiving. I ordered regular small and it drowns me.

This robe is very warm and cozy. I was unable to find one to fit me, so will be returning. The sleeves are a bit long. The robe could do without "fleece" cuffs, which will not look great after a few wears, especially given their length on me. A larger person would love this robe.

Ordered 4 as gifts and very disappointed in monogram results. First, the robes are all marked up where monogrammed (see photos), and not sure if it will wash out. But regardless, one shouldn't have to wash "gifts" before giving them! And the monogram lettering is also barely visible around entire lettering...

So cozy but the embroidery is hidden because the robe is so plush. Would not advise to embroider this item

I love a soft, comfortable robe and have a lot of them, literally 7. I was expecting much more from this robe considering the 5* reviews. So, here's my take on the Wicked Plush Robe...Very soft, but not thick or substantial plush. I do not like the way it fits at my neck when it's wrapped around, way too much V opening. There should be a small button and loop to secure it at the top, but there's not. If you put the hood on this will close the wide opening at the neck a bit. Sleeves are long, but can easily be rolled up if you so desire. Fit is normal, not overly big. Honestly, the robe is nothing Special, it's just OK. I was expecting better from L.L.Bean.

I was trying to replace my old LLBean plush robe.. The new one is not as thick and warm and the fabric is kind of plastic-y. Gonna shop elsewhere next time

As you will read in my review, the size was off, hence the 3 stars. The material and quality are a 5 but if it isn't wearable by me then I don't see the point of a 5 rating. I am 5 ft 2 in and 103 pounds. The robe was HUGE on me, not what I would consider a petite, and I ordered the smallest size. The material was soft, plush, and wonderfully comfortable, and the hood was an added bonus. However, I returned the robe and wound up purchasing a children's XL (size 18) robe which wound up fitting much better. No hood, and I would have liked another inch on the sleeves but otherwise a more appropriate fit for my frame.

Functional--I need a warm robe. The robe is warm.

I would have liked the inside of this robe to be water absorbent. The materials used do not absorb moisture. I would have been using this robe to go from my condo's pool to home. If you want this robe for warmth inside your home, it will be perfect. It's very soft and has a great feel to it. It was also VERY large!!! Sizes are very tricky with robes.

I waited 6 months for this robe. It is plush, snuggly, comfy. I wish it were full length- it is mid calf. It's more of a mauve color or dusty rose than pink. It's poly so gets very warm- great for the coldest of days, not so much for everyday. Would not buy again.

The robe is great, my wife loves it! Giving it 3 stars because it took almost 4 months to get it. Ordered on Black Friday, received it end of February.

It's a nice bathroom fits well and it's warm. Although it took two and a half months to get. I got maybe two emails saying it would be late. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. And they first email didn't come until about a week and a half after Christmas. It seemed like LL Bean didn't make any Grand effort.

POSITIVE THAT IS MADE OF POLYESTER VERY THIN MATERIAL.... INSIDE IS NOT LINED W/FLEECE - JUST THE CUFFS AND HEAD HOOD. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE COST

This robe has the right sleeve 1 1/2 inches longer than the left sleeve. I am keeping the right sleeve rolled up in order to wear it. Otherwise, I love this warm robe!

The robe is plush, warm and fits well. I have had for 2 months and wear it every nite. The material is not holding up. As in similar reviews, the material piles and attaches to pajamas, and also ends up on carpet. Thinking of returning it as I think the robe will be done by Spring.

The material is divinely soft and luxuriously. The fit, not so good. The sleeves of the small are long and the wrap so large that one pocket is under the other which is in the front when closed. I suppose I should have gotten the petite.

Plus, yes. But sheds quite a bit. Fibers all over your underlying clothes
