I love my new robe! The fabric makes my skin smile every time I put it on. It is very warm and the fabric is perfectly weighted. I got it in the teal green color and my husband teased me about looking like Mrs. Claus with the white hood and cuffs. It washes well. My review is missing a fifth star because the bottom of the left pocket was not sewn. Luckily I have a sewing machine and fixed it quickly.

Very pretty color, too. Unfortunately, no matter what size font you get for a monogram, it likely will not show a lot. Bathrobe is too furry.

Absolutely love it! Sleeves are a little big but it's beyond soft and warm

This is sooo soft. I thought it ran slightly larger which is fine if you are wearing bulky PJs. Love this..my Labs also always love to lay on my lap when I am wearing it - I would highly recommend. The one negative I can think of is that I would prefer if it was made locally in Maine (maybe consider?) I try to avoid purchasing items made in China - prefer US MADE!

I am happy with this robe, for the most part. It is very warm and cozy. The only downside is that it is so full of static electricity. Right out of the package I sprayed it with Static Guard but I am constantly getting a shock. The dry Maine winters are at fault, of course, but it is not recommended that fabric softener is used. I hope it comes out of it.

The robe itself is a easy 5 stars, my only issue is the monograming. Due to the knap and thickness of the robe, you CANNOT see the monogram at all. Its still a vdry nice robe and she loves it. Personally, I dont think they should offer monograming on yhis product.

I absolutely loved the robe. It has such a cozy feel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I had it embroidered. The embroidery did not come out well. It is way too small and you can't read it at all! If it wasn't a gift, I would have returned it for a better embroidery job.

Love the softness and hood keeps me toasty after washing hair. Love it. Only drawback is have had 2 stray threads on right pocket. Will keep eye to make sure no further unraveling

Everything about the robe is great, warm, fits well, but the plum shown has white cuffs on the arms and the one we got had the same color as the main robe.

Seems very nice. We'll see how it holds up after washing. After the item supposedly was no longer on backorder status, delivery took some 3 weeks.

This robe is marvelously soft. Unfortunately for me, the robe was shorter than I expected and would therefore would not offer enough coverage for warmth. It came to about 3-4"below my knee. The fleece lined hood and sleeve cuffs are cute. However, the sleeves were too short for me and I usually don't have a problem with sleeve length. I would have liked more color choices, or different choices. I have auburn-ish hair and fair skin and often LL Bean color choices don't work for me. The robe appears to be well made and has a nice quality look and feel. I would have kept it if the sleeves and hemline were longer.

I would recommend with reservations. I am a petite, large on pretty much everything I own--and had to exchange the robe for an XL. Very soft, very warm but in order to get cozy I had to order a size up.

While the robe was very soft and cushy, I found the belt too short to allow it to close as intended. I returned this robe, and went with a lighter LL Bean robe with a much longer belt.

Bought this a few weeks ago at my typical size. Wore it a couple times and then realized it was just too big. (the only way I could know is if I really wore/used it, vs try it on over clothing). Disappointed as I assume it's not returnable....I am grabbing my old/used robe again it seems as at least if fits ok...

This robe is soooo soft and plush. Unfortunately the weight of the hood caused the top of the robe to open and I found myself continually pulllng it closed and tightening the sash. This annoying feature caused me to return the robe. I have a 4 year old winter fleece robe that I thought I'd replace when I saw this plush robe on sale. I will probably order another winter fleece (hoodless) robe which I love.

Returning this robe because the material is thinner than it looks and the sleeves were too short when cuffed, like shown in the photos. The white fleece is only on the cuffs and hood, but I should have noticed that in the one photo without a model.

I am always cold in the winter so I treated myself to this robe for my birthday. I thought the shearling lining would keep me warm. I was greatly disappointed to see that the shearling was only used decoratively on the cuffs of the robe and in the hood. The rest of the robe was a thin velour or brushed fleece. I was expecting the whole robe to be shearling lined. It was too much of a hassle to return so I just kept it. I guess it's ok if you want a plain robe, but if you're looking for a shearling lined robe, this is not it.

I love the color, and how plush and warm the robe is but I'm very disappointed that the side seam near the hip already has a hole that is growing. I was expecting better quality for the price and LL Beans reputation. I'm still wearing it but I'll have to sew it up eventually.

I think a plush bathrobe should make you feel happy. I'm 5'5", 165. I ordered a large. The fit was fine. Roomy and long. I know it would keep me warm, perhaps overheated ( and I'm always cold). Just 2 things made me return it. The color is a dark purple with a brown undertone. Purple is my favorite color. But the brown tone to it was unpleasant. The fabric was a smooth, slick fleece type. Yes, it was plush but I like their other fleece robe. I have had 2 of those for over 20 years. I was hoping for a new color. You may like this though.

Had my old LLB bathrobe for years until our puppy ate the zipper! So I decided to buy this cozy new robe. Purchased a Plus 1X sadly it was to long and very heavy (my height is 5'2"). So I returned it and purchased a Petite XL. It was to small :-( and the choice of a Petite plus was not available plus I still found it to heavy for me. So sadly made another return.

The robe is good, BUT the monogram is terrible! Plush material does not look good with monogramming. It looks lost and can't even see it. Should have been larger font and put on the other side of the robe.

I sized down after reading reviews.Glad I did.Extra roomy and long.Would be cozier if completely lined with fleece fabric.Very soft feeling.

This is not my favorite robe. I purchased this robe because a friend had one and I loved the delicious, cozy plushiness of it. That said, it seems to have scratchy seams that bother my skin, and is considerably shorter and runs smaller than my favorite LL Bean robe, the women's fleece wrap robe. I've had two of the fleece robes over the years because I love it so much! The fleece robe is much longer (I'm 5'8 and 220 pounds), seems truer to size and better-made, and is soft on both the inside and outside. I'll keep it as an alternate, but it's just not my favorite LL Bean robe!

Warm, cozy, fluffy. I got an xs and it's oversized yet perfectly sized? Surrounded by fluffy comfort that is honestly sometimes too warm. This is max level warmth here. Washing is a pain. Wash alone, dry alone. I'm on wash 4 and it's still shedding. Only took me one wash to realize it can't be washed with other items. The fuzz gets on EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE.
