I waited three months for this robe only to find an arm seam unraveling when it arrived. I could send it back and have it replaced but it'll take another three months or longer. I actually really do love the robe however, I'm disappointed in the quality. It's not the first bean item I've bought that's unraveled at the seams either. Fortunately my mother is a seamstress and can do a better job fixing it then the factory can making it. It's too bad I have to mend a brand new item as I find it highly unacceptable given the price.

Within a month the hanging strap by the hood started to rip because the weight of the robe. The robe is comfortable and warm.

Pros: Super soft and warm. Cons: There were two holes towards the bottom side of the robe; the hood is bulky but warm on cold nights.

It's a warm robe but cheaply made. It started pilling the first time it was worn. 100%polyester. Not worth 100$

I have been buying L.L. Bean merchandise for over 20 years. I needed a new robe and so I ordered the wicked plush Robe. It is entirely polyester, and very cheaply made. Definitely not worth $100 that I spent on it. I am very disappointed. The robe is nice but very overpriced.

My wife loves how plush this robe is. Soft and warm. Unfortunately one sleeve was cut significantly shorter than the other, so we asked for a replacement. LLBean let us keep the robe until the replacement arrives at the end of the month. Much appreciated!

It is very large and surprisingly not so warm. I ordered a small. I am 5'4" and 120lbs. Looks great online :(

Robe is nice but I got it monogrammed and the monogramming is illegible and ridiculous looking because of how plush this robe is, skip the embroidering on this robe.

The robe is plush. My 3 star rating is due to the quality of a single letter monogram. While pictured with a monogram, the fabric is so full that the monogram is barely visible and i could not distinguish the one letter. I returned the item.the return was handled well for which I sincerely appreciate

Comfy robe. Right pocket has a huge hole in the bottom of it. Saw it when I tried it on right out of the bag. Didn't return it because it was to cold here and needed to use it right away.

This robe seems to run smaller than ohers. It is very soft and cozy. It arrived with some loose threads and frarrimg. I would have returned but it was monogrammed.

This is very soft robe and its very light weight and not as heavy as my previous robe that I have. But I do have one problem with this robe is that the right sleeve is longer than the left sleeve. Other than that is it is a comfy robe and it will keep you warm.

This was too large for me, and it was the smallest possible size. I donated it.

Less substantial than I expected - much thinner material. Very soft and cozy, however. Not as heavy as I would like.

I love this robe because it's so soft and warm but it came with a hole in the pocket. These robes are to expensive to not be perfect when you buy them. LL Bean where is your quality control?

Its a beautiful robe, warm and soft. Very plush. Don't waste your time on a monogram. It is completely lost in the plush fabric. I ordered a PM and it fit perfectly..and that is the problem. It literally fit perfectly, no extra room at all. I would have expected a big soft robe to be roomy and a bit oversized to fit warm jammies underneath. Sure do wish I would have ordered the large. The medium is too perfect a fit to call it a nice roomy, comfy robe.

First of all, this robe is super cozy, warm and perfect for cold nights. However, The quality is lacking. I washed it once on delicate and dried it without heat, as the instructions say, and already have threads coming loose in five different sections of the robe. I got the light gray, and the color actually looks like a light blue which I don't like. And as if some other reviewer's mentioned, when I washed it, the blue turned the white sections dingy. So this robe looks very old after just one wash. Which is frustrating after spending over $100 on this robe

I like the robe - very comfy, soft and the hood is nice. Unfortunately, the seam split apart down one of the sides within a couple weeks (could have been there earlier, but just noticed it). The policy appears to be to pay for returns/exchanges, even with defects, which is unfortunate. So instead of paying even more for this fairly expensive robe, I'll just try to sew it. So - the robe is nice, but be aware you may also have quality issues so best to purchase if you have a store nearby where you can do a free return/exchange.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my parents. We're longtime LLBean customers, and I have products from ten+ years ago that are still in great condition. Thus, I was surprised when the inside strap of this robe snapped off right away when I went to tie it; now the robe doesn't hold in place. It is nice-looking, however.

I really wanted this robe since I love LL Bean products and it looked so cozy. After a year of use, I'd rate it as just a 3/5. I found the sleeves to be too short. Since their fleece lining is a major feature, this was disappointing. The sleeves have also pilled some. Not the quality I was expecting. Still cozy and warm, but not as amazing as expected.

This robe is luxuriously soft and warm, and snugs up nicely. Unfortunately the craftsmanship is shoddy causing the reduced rating. The fleece on the left sleeve is vastly different in size from the right and is stitched in crookedly, resulting in a lopsided look.

I ordered this robe as a gift to me from my mother. It was back ordered so I had to wait two months for it. What I love about it: it's very warm! Soft! The color, light brown, is fabulous! The weight is great for cold nights and mornings. What I didn't like is: the quality of the trim on the cuffs and hood. You can see through the pile and see the base. It's missing pile in places. I'm afraid to wash it fearing the pile will either mat down or lose more. I feel it's just not up to LLBean's standards. Will I return it? Absolutely not! I just turn the cuff inside so I don't have to look at it. Would I order it again? Perhaps. I'm hoping it will last for years. I chose Yes to recommend but with the caveat: see it in the store before you buy.

First of all, I love this fleece robe because it fits well (I ordered a size down) and is warm and cozy, but when I washed and dried it per the instructions, the robe shed--a lot! It had fuzz balls all over it which I've tried to pull off but it's a losing battle. Wherever I sit or lie down, there is fuzz from this robe. I bought the "ledge" color and am not sure if the other colors have the same problem. I did notice one other review mentioned that the shedding continued after six washings! I'm disappointed in this aspect of the robe.
