I'm not a big fan of sweaters, and get tired of wearing hoodies. This is perfect as a jacket or just a toasty layer on those cold, wet days when I can't seem to get warm.

Great shirt. Warmer than plain flannel, yet can be worn without an additional jacket for cooler days. I especially like the new colors which have darker lining/fleece colors which don't show the dirt at cuffs and collar. Fit is good and washes well.

I am going to live in this shirt--it is beautiful (the arctic blue color is very flattering) and comfortable with the fleece lining. The snap closures are a nice touch- easier to work than buttons, which are there for a decorative touch. More, please!

I had this fleece-lined flannel last season with buttons, and I like the switch to snaps which are convenient for quick opening and closing with arthritic hands. Nice change, L.L. Bean! The shirt is everything as advertised. The pockets are perfect for storing my keys and flip phone when out walking. The fleece lining is cozy and warm on chilly days. The length and sleeves are perfect on me (5'6" 199lbs. XL or 1X). Another nice addition to my fall wardrobe. Thank you, L.L. Bean.

I took it to a cookout in Cleveland the other day and wore it at the bonfire that night. I was snug and warm while everyone else had to huddle close to the fire. It's comfortable, warm, stylish and, knowing L.L. Beans reputation, I'm sure it will last forever!

This shirt is lovely and I look great in it! It is nice and snug on the cooling fall mornings here on the West Coast and perfect for gardening before going to work. It fits great, looks good (even with blue stripes) and keeps me warm. I've washed it once so far and there were no wrinkles and, it did not need ironing. It came out of the dryer on low almost dry.....perfect!

Such a great jacket----I will be wearing it a lot, even inside on very cold dayss!

I LOVE this shirt with the new features - snaps and pockets. The only thing that would make it better is to use a better quality of flannel for the shirt.

Love this shirt..perfect for the winter type weather we are having..use it as a third layer on walks and at home around the house...definetly ordering another.

My fleece lined flannel shirt came! Wow, what a nice surprise! I am 5 - 2" 155 lbs and bought a Petite Large. The first shirt came comfortably to wear over other layers, as it is their most generous cut, but I like mine over a lightweight tee so I sized down to a PM and that fits great! Super soft for going outside for morning coffee and activities during the day. I love the snap buttons because it allows me to snap one or two leaving the bottom open if I choose. I bought the light blue which is beautiful. THANK YOU, LL Bean for the pockets! Yes! This makes it so practical! If you can please make them with a zipper to put car keys safely in, as I don't like hoodies and this works like a light jacket now. I adore this super soft fleece lined flannel shirt and will buy another now! I roll the bottom sleeve up one roll. Very happy.

I love this jacket! I almost gave it 5 stars but sometimes the front does not stay flat when snapped together fully together. It's not a huge issue so I give it 4.5 out of 5. I am 5'2 and sometimes wear petites but I bought this in a regular size in a medium. There is more room in it but not as much as I thought it would. If you like your jackets extra roomy I might size up. It's roomy enough still for me but its something to know. I got it in blue & purple and its gorgeous. The inside and outside are both super soft and so far it has held up well in the wash. I have had it since November.

A comfortable and attractive winter top. I like the plaid and the colors. Snaps take a little strength to snap.

This soft lined flannel shirt is wonderfully cozy and seems like it will last for a while. I bought two other colors, I liked it so much. I wear it as a sweater-jacket over my regular tees on frigid days such as this one. The one thing it is missing is a hanging loop at the back collar; it is a heavy shirt and hanging it on a hook as it is warps the material a bit.

These are super comfortable but too short in the arms for me. The length is barely long enough. Why aren't these offered in tall sizes for women? Are only men tall?

The snaps are most difficult and I have strong fingers. Beautiful dark plum and dark turquoise plaid

I have bought this shirt for years. It's always has a hood and I miss it so much! Please bring back a hooded version.

This top is very comfortable and warm. I like that the fleece lining extends into the sleeves. The only drawback for me is that it only comes in plaids. Five stars for sure if there were solid colors available!

Fleece-lined flannel shirt sleeves too long for petite size small. Have had many of these shirts over the years that have been a perfect fit. Also, there should be 2 snaps at cuff so as to adjust length if necessary.

Not as good as the one i bought about 5 years ago, but still pretty good. My old shirt was a medium, and was almost too big, but this size medium is snug in the chest (I'm 5'5" and 157). I'm not crazy about the snaps, even though they're nicely color coordinated. I prefer the buttons that my old shirt has. This is picky (I used to make my own clothes) - the plaid does not match at the side seams. The shirt i bought years ago has matching plaid all the way around. Nevertheless, I'm glad i bought it. It's nice-looking and cozy.

Doesn't keep it's shape along the bottom - bottom, rolls up

It does keep warm, the outer shell (shirt) didn't feel like flannel to me, the fleece lining is really nice

Actual size is measurably smaller than the same "size" made in a different country two years ago. All other aspects, quality of stitching, assembly is top notch.

The cuffs are too big for my wrists and difficult to make smaller with the snaps, but I'll find a way!

More fitted than I expected. But I know if I went a size larger it would be way too big. Nice and warm. Great color combo.
