The pants are wide and too big. Shirt fit fine. For the price I don't think it was a great value.

The flannel bottoms are good quality and comfortable. The top however is too short and shrinks after washing. It could just be my preference but if you prefer a hip length top this set won't offer that. I ended up purchasing long sleeve supima tees to wear with the bottoms instead; but I had to use a different vendor because Bean did not offer coordinating colors (e.g. light blue). You'd be better off just buying the bottoms.

Jersey top ok. Bottom made of very poor flannel. Thin and stiff. My review on other pair was just the opposite. Noticed they were made in different countries.

The pants to this set were extremely long in the legs. I can fix that by hemming them. Problem is that the crotch is also very long and fits poorly.

I have at least 6 pairs of these pajamas. The quality of flannel of previous years was soft and cuddly. This years flannel felt like a light cardboard when I took it out of the package. I decided to keep and try to soften in the washer and dryer. Did not happen and will not buy anymore. Very poor quality flannel. Gave two stars because the top is the same as the previous pj's.

I have been wearing LL Bean pajamas for years, so I asked my husband to get me another pair for xmas. Unfortunately the new pair is not comfortable. The bottoms are thick and scratchy and the fabric sticks together. I am very disappointed.

The top fits perfect but the bottoms are designed for someone who is about 6 ft. tall!

Bottom flannel is stiff and not comfortable to skin. Cheap fabric. Will not purchase again. Disappointed bc your fabric was once luxury flannel and soft. Disappointed Thank you

I loved these pajamas when I first received them. I was disappointed once I washed them. The shirt shrunk a lot! The sleeves are now 3/4 sleeves vs long sleeve. I purchased the navy, red and white pajamas. The navy top faded when washed as well.

I bought these pajamas last year so I do not feel right returning. Rather than Large I should have bought X-Large as the top has shrunk so badly and the material of the bottoms is flimsy and scratchy. The set looks nice, but simply is not L.L. Bean quality. I'm putting in the charity bag. .

I bought these pajamas several weeks ago to take on a trip to New England. The bottoms are stiff and the plaid design is stamped on, not woven. The top fabric is a knit and it is also not soft. I had hoped all would soften up with a few washings but it has not. The overall quality is good, just the fabric is not up to what I would expect from LL Bean.

I have 2 pair, 1 blue 1 red, large petite. Tops are great. blue pants are 5*wider across the widest than the red ones. Red pants are just right. LLBean you need to get onto your quality control in China! This is just not up to the quality I expect and usually get from LLBean. I prefer just good elastic and no drawstring.Who wants a drawstring?? So my review is mixed. I had slept in the blue pair before I realized how big and not comfortable they are. so don't know if I can send them back. I don't have the tags. I really do like the red pair, except for the drawstring.

Washed bottoms before wearing. After washing they were as stiff as canvas, unwearable especially for a comfortable sleep. Very disappointed, will definitely return.

I really wanted to love this pj set! They were great out of the bag...but after washing the pants became rough..almost like canvas. After the second wash they have shrunk in length by a couple inches. I also felt like I had to iron the pants as they were so wrinkled and rough after drying. Very disappointed.

Pants could fit XL in length and width. I ordered Petite Medium which is what I received. Top is very Small. Sorry I purchased this set; disabled and unable to return for refund. Sad to see quality of Bean mdse. has changed; even slippers have changed and are of poor quality. This is my last order.

Whenever I wear the pajamas, I think of thin cardboard, even when I use fabric softener in the wash. The price tag attached to the pajamas was about $5.00 less than what I was charged. I needed another pair of pajamas so I didn't return them. Perhaps I should have.

Love the bright navy colors! The flannel pants are comfortable but huge, and the top is also too large. Not attractive, and X-small was not an option. If you are a petite person I would not recommend this pj set.

I really love me the top. It is a great material and fits well. The pants...well I don't like them at all. The quality and fit are awful. The material is light weight the waist is way to big and the drawstring helps but a stretch waist would have been much better. The set seems like the top was made in one place and the bottoms someplace else. It made the set disappointing. I wear the top but will give away the bottoms.

After 8 washings still stiff (they don't feel like flannel), the shirt is a little snug, the pants feel like I'm wearing them backwards and they slide down in the back when I sit, the plastic tags are very scratchy. I am tall with a medium build, and the one positive thing I can say is that they are long enough. Unlike any pj's I've ever worn, and not in a good way. I would not purchase them again.

I bought 2 pairs these pajamas specifically because they were offered in Petite. The tops are a great fit, warm and comfortable. The bottoms, specified on the tag as LP, however are HUGE and WAY TOO LONG. I'm about 5'1-2" and these need to be taken up at least 5-6 inches. The leg size is also way too big from the hips down but I can deal with that. Really disappointed to find the bottoms so LONG for a Petite size. Perhaps you should offer these as separates because they sure don't go together as a pair as far as size/length are concerned. As a pair I can't recommend these pajamas for a person in my height range. I emphasize the problems in capital letters because I don't want anyone to be fooled as I was with the description of Petite. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought these.

The flannel bottoms are HUGE -- two sizes too large for me -- even after being washed and dried thoroughly. The material is soft and pants are long enough. Top fit was true, but it is much too light-weight for winter. Have to wear a heavy long-sleeve T-shirt under it. It's almost like the top and bottom do not go together. Wished I had paid more attention to the reviews before ordering.

I have two pairs of these pajamas that I ordered a year or so ago and I liked them. The two new pairs that I ordered this year are very disappointing. The pants fabric is stiff and scratchy. It's hard to put them on when they are newly laundered. The same pants fabric lines the neckline of the top and is unpleasant. Bean always used Portoguese flannel which was soft and comfy.

The pants were huge and the fabric is rough. I washed twice and they didn't soften. Top has short tails which don't stay tucked in.
