Ordered XL Tall. The top is cozy, good weight and nice long sleeves, and fits me perfectly, BUT the pants were tiny and half my size. My 5'4 120 pound husband now has some nice pajama bottoms. Not recommended unless you are sharing the outfit with a person half your size.

I am so dissapointed that the pajama bottoms do not have pockets. Also the flanal seems much lighter than in the past. LL Bean quality is just not what it used to be.

Pj's are soft, cozy and fit great until I washed them. Cold water, low dryer but shrunk anyway. Not sure I'll be able to wear that all now. Disappointed.

My husband bought me the dog pj's in Medium for Christmas. They were back ordered until this month. When I first put them on they fit wonderfully, pants a bit long. I decided not to put the top in the dryer & laying flat to dry. The pants were long so I thought they'd be fine. They shrunk so severely that they barely fit length wise after 1 wash & the top, without going on the dryer, shrunk so badly it feels like a cup top. I'm so disappointed. I only have 3 stars bc I really wanted the dog print.

Never Worn - sizing was different than previous LLBean flannel pjs.
Measured up against another pair I had & measurements of waist band was off & knew they would be uncomfortable to wear. Waistband & elastic was also narrow, only 1/2 inch. Have noted stripes & patterns do not align at seam. Which they should. First thing you learn when sewing. Just simple shortcuts, which I would expect better from LLBean. I have been a customer for 30 years or more. So disappointed.

Bought for my wife. Soft and comfy. Fit well out of the package. Howeverfollowing the first wash and dry, following the instructions to the letter, the top shrunk WAY downlength and width. Sent them backreturn wasn't a problem.

I ordered this flannel pajama set for the cool nights and mornings in the winter. I loved the pattern and the cozy fabrice. Unfortunately, they were too big and I returned them to exchange for another size. According to the UPS tracking number, the return was delivered on Dec 30, 2024. I'm disappointed that I haven't heard anything from L.L. BEAN re the return.

The material stretched and became bigger. The design of the pants in the waste/hip region is very bulky and goes above the waste. The waste band is thin and not elastic so it does not sit on the waste. For this price, it's bad quality and design.

I love these pjs - soft & warm, but after a couple of washes the top has shrunk & now too short. Very disappointed as I can no longer wear them - very costly loss.

I bought these for my adult daughter. I have purchased LL Bean pajamas in the past and these are not of the same quality at all. They shrink a lot in the wash and the pants are not of flannel material. Not as soft or warm. I am disappointed.

To call these PJ's cozy is a stratch. Perhaps if you live in climates where the temps don't dip below 50's at night, otherwise don't choose these unless you want to layer underneath to be "cozy". The cat print is cute, but the material is thin and the tall size pants are huge and really long.

The pants were extra large and the top was smaller than usual. The pants were not soft like in previous years. After washing, they were like tough cardboard and had to be ironed.

The flannel bottoms are too heavy. Original Cozy had knit bottoms. Much more comfortable.

For a "small" size pajama set, the pants were very wide and the shirt disproportionately narrow and short.

I have ordered quite a few things from L.L. Bean over the years and have found good quality and good value. So I was very disappointed with these pajamas. The quality is poor. Poor workmanship, especially on the pants. I order large because I like a loose fitting pj, but these are much too baggy, poor waistband, poor hem, and not good quality flannel.

I bought two pairs of these and just can't wear them. First time I washed them they seemed fine. After that I would put them on at night and woke up with the seams stabbing me in the legs and I was itching so badly I had to take an allergy pill and remove the pants. It could be the thread used for the seams? Thread seems hard like fishing line. Also, the top kept shrinking and was somewhat short to begin with. This happened with both pairs so am returning them.

I received the cat print pjs for my birthday. They are pretty but the flannel is stiff, more like cardboard than soft cloth. I have a Lanz pair that are much softer. The top is comfy like a t shirt although not warm. They are big and long, though.

The knit top is soft but sleeves and length are short, the cut and fabric are clingy to the bust area. Any movement rises the shirt top several inches.
Bottoms: very scratchy flannel, it's extra high rise, straight cut through hips and NO elastic just a 1/4 inch drawstring. Pants too big. To keep it up have to tie it tight but to sit have to untie. Not cut for women's body. Very uncomfortable.
Two stars for the cute print and color
For reference I am 5'5", 172lbs, 34DD, I have long l gs and short torso so I can't imagine how short the top is on others. Top Smshrank further after washing in cold water and hang dry. Flannel Bottoms did not shrink or soften.

The PJ top was soft and comfortable - the long pants are made of a stiff material and shapeless! Definitely not up to L.L.Bean quality and worth $69.00!

I really wanted these, finally bought them and it's the first time I've ever been disappointed with an llbean purchase. I've returned them. The cut is odd. The back of the pajama bottom sits at the hips and covers your bottom, but the front part, the waist seems to be made for someone who is pregnant. So much room and extra material that the waist is way above my hips and ribs. When sitting down, the crotch really rides up and is uncomfortable. And the top, fits nice, but shorter than I expected and I'm concerned when it is washed, if it shrinks, it will look like a child's shirt and not an adult shirt.
