It is beautiful and comfortable; my wife's favorite xmas gift

It was perfect! Our college granddaughter wore it all Christmas day and loved it.

I bought the cream with gray/black pattern and LOVE it. I'm tall and kind of straight - not curvy, so the shape was perfect for me. Love the length - especially since everything this year seems to be midriff or just to the waistline. Older ladies like me (59) appreciate a bit of camouflage around the midsection and this provides it perfectly. My husband always tells me how cute I look when I pair it with skinny jeans and ankle boots. Makes me feel like romping in the snow! Lol. Didn't see any issue with seams and wear cuddle duds underneath so no issue with itch. Absolutely perfect for me. Pills a tiny bit after about 8 wearing a or so but any thick woolen sweater will. Pull em off and get out there!!

Was given the Paperwhite color and the online photos don't quite do it justice. The lambswool is very warm and not at all itchy. I can tell I will love this piece for many years!

I have always wanted a " genuine " fair isle sweater, and I knew L L Bean would have the real deal! I thought 100%wool might b too hot ( I live in Tennessee not Maine!) but it is fine! I love the fit and the pattern. I'm a petite and the petite medium fit me great. I wear a light weight shirt under it. I ordered the natural color with black and white stitching and it looks good with black pants or blue jeans.

This is the third such sweater that I have bought from LL Bean. I love them, although I would like to see some more subtle colors.

I just love this sweater. It is old school ragg wool and it is really very warm. Sometimes you need a serious sweater, this is the sweater for that time. It is also really pretty, the colors feel like winter. True to size.

Real, honest to god wool! Be prepared for it to be a bit scratchy but if you know will you know to wear a layer underneath. Very warm, very pretty.
