If you like wearing hard, itchy sweaters--this is for you. Have a lovely LLBean lamb's wool sweater of years ago and this new wool is terrible. What is happening to quality control of LLBean products made in China?

Beautiful colors, thick, warm wool. Stitching on seams was off. The fit around the shoulders and neck were uncomfortable and bulky. Sadly, returned it.

This sweater is very thick and will keep you warm! I would wear a small long sleeve underneath.

When I ordered I could not decide on which color & I ended up buying 3 & I am so glad I did. My favorite is the Classic Black which I almost didn't buy as it did not look good on my computer screen. I am thrilled I took a chance on it. The Paper White is also a very pretty design that I highly recommend to everyone. The Bright Navy was my 3rd choice & is a nice design but was not a good color for me so I'm returning it. I agree with others that this sweater is itchy & I am going to have to wear something underneath it to protect my skin, but for me that is a minor issue compared to its warmth & beauty. I highly recommend this wool sweater.

A beautiful, quality wool sweater. I bought the XL and it fits snugly, as opposed to a couple other LLB sweaters that I own in XL which are a tad looser. It might be the woven design of the yoke that makes it snug on me, but it's fine.

Comfortable and flattering fit. Nice and warm, would definitely recommend to a friend. I purchased the white and gray sweater in a large. I am 5' 3" and 130 lbs, so I like a bit looser fit.

Wow, this sweater fit's perfectly, and is super warm.

I got the xs but was still overall a bit big- washed it in warm water and threw in the dryer for 10 min and now it is the perfect size. I can see it being a little itchy but not bad. I look forward to wearing this in the winter. 5'4' 130# athletic build 34C after shrinking fit is neither baggy nor tight.
