Great cost. Was looking for something for my string bean son. Fits him great.

Bought as a gift for my father. Tried it on,& instantly loved it! Says, there's nothing like a down jacket in cold weather. He can't wait to wear it this winter.

Took it camping in a snowstorm. Kept me warm while soaked and 25 degrees. Fits well, true to size, looks great and works.

This jacket is very warm and stylish. It feels lightweight but it features advanced cold weather technology evidenced in the fabric patterns and down contents. I have 650 and 850 down jackets from LLBean. I would recommend them to others as well.

It is perfect for the recent, colder than usual, Texas, Louisiana, and Florida Spring and Fall weather climates. For colder climates (Pennsylvania, North Dakota, and New York, etc.,) you couldn't go wrong with the Ultralight 850 Down Hooded Jacket, which is a similarly designed jacket with the premium 850 fill power goose down content (TA507059). Both are wind proof and water resistant.

Fit is perfect. Plenty warm for cold days in New England, but doesn't feel heavy. Love the jacket.

Light weight, but extremely warm. Zips up tight to chin, so hood fits tight if needed. Stylish.

Great warm layer for winter, not bulky, lightweight and easy to wear, loved the contrast of colors on the inside and outside. Practical for a milder winter in the south with chilly mornings and evenings. Good hood construction helps a lot when you do not want to wear a scarf and a hat or works as an additional layer if you need it.

Warm and attractive. Sizing is a little generous, but not too big.

5 stars for lightweight warmth, however it really deserves 4 stars as there are no interior or chest pocket. I couldn't believe how a winter coat so lightweight could keep me so warm during a Michigan winter. Even with temps in the teens I'm toasty warm with no extra layers than a basic shirt and undershirt.

Warm with just the right amount of puff. Purchased for 12 yr old. Jacket looks very stylish.

I ordered this for my husband as he was having a hard time with a bulkier coat with a double zipper. He is able to zip this with no problem. It is very warm and less bulky.

OK so this jacket is great. Water wicks off when it rains. Keeps me super warm while in the snow, even with just a Tshirt . Its a little tight in the shoulders if your a solid guy with a big frame and big arms. Get one side up if thats you . Would recommend either way

Great looking jacket, feels very warm. I normally wear an XL, but sized up due to the reviews saying they ran small. The XXL fits perfect, room underneath for layers, could even layer up over the jacket if needed.

I live on an island on the Maine Coast and it gets quite windy, especially during winter storms. This past weekend we had a good old fashioned blizzard. This jacket kept me warm and snug while I cleaned up the day after the storm. It's light weight, true to size and wicked warm. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This is my first llbean winter coat I ever bought. I am so happy with it. The fit is perfect. Really like the color and the most important thing is it keeps me warm. We had temps in the single digits today and with a layer or two I was actually getting hot while doing my daily walk. I really like the way the hood fits around my head with a hat on.

This coat is the perfect blend of light maneuverability, fit, and warmth for my teen son. He's very active and hates bulky things which makes this coat a great match for him. The pockets are deep enough to keep gloves in. The hood is big enough to fit nicely without getting in the way, and the pop of color makes him stand out in a good way.

The fit and quality of the jacket met my expectations. I have worn it a number of times since receipt. When pulled up, the hood stays in place. One minor issue though: sometimes the lining on the sleeve pulls out beyond the end of the sleeve when putting on the jacket, so I have to tuck it back in place.
