THE BEST boots I have ever owned. Lightweight, comfortable, breathable and stylish. It usually takes a few wears for me to break in new boots but not this time. I wore them for 6hrs straight after unboxing without resorting to my back up pair halfway through my hike. I have yet to test how waterproof they are but the nonslip tread stands up to the slippery rock test along with providing sufficient ankle and arch support. I wished they had removable insoles to fit my custom orthotics but I dont think Ill be needing them. These fit true to size. I suggest buying the same size as your favorite sneakers/sandals.

I was looking for a hiking boot that would allow me to walk over sharp rocky terrain and not feel every stone. (I'm kind of the princess and the pea when it comes to footwear.) I wasn't sure about these boots at first as the right ankle hit me in an annoying spot. The soles and overall fit were very good, so I decided I would give them a try and wear them inside for a few days. Still not 100%... but I brought them out onto a few tough trails in Acadia NP and they hit their stride. I am very pleased with how they performed; I was able to snug them down in all the right places to prevent toe jamming and zero blisters!

I’ve heard for years how good Oboz are. I’ve spent 2 years trying various waterproof boots on and haven’t found a winner yet. For context, I live in neutral sneakers (and hike in Altra Lone Peak lows) and Birkenstocks. I cannot stand feeling like I’m in a rubber foot canoe. Keen and Merrell are awful imo and reduce feedback from the ground to the point I trip and fall a lot. The Lone Peak WP mids pop and click when I walked so I couldn’t stand those even around my house. I tried 2 different Salomon to no avail. I finally decided to try Oboz and out of the box, these are pretty slick. I get tired of the sneaker look all the time. I kind of wanted a ‘boot’ boot. I stood in these to wash dishes for 20 minutes and my first metatarsal head was already numb on both feet despite weight shifting and moving around the kitchen. I can’t imagine adding a 30 pound back onto these stiff soles.
I suppose the heel drop in these is just too much for me. Idk how people walk for miles in a shoe like this. Maybe I’m just out of luck trying to find a waterproof boot-height hiking shoe.

Comfortable hiking boots that support my ankle ( broke it in 2016) now concerned about stepping on rocks/tree roots as we hike- and I'm fine at 74 years old! I have narrow feet and still feel good in these boots- not sloppy as a walk.

I usually wear a 8M, but I ordered a 9M because of reviews. It was too big so I reordered an 8.5 M, and it fit great. The Oboz is a good looking boot that will last forever. I am glad I brought it.

These boots are amazing-sturdy, comfortable, good insole & ankle support. When I was hiking up a hill literally covered in rocks & boulders, the boots did not turn in nor out nor did I loose my footing.

First pair of hiking boots that don't hurt my feet. Never had a blister from these boots. I wear them every day of the year. I work in them and hike in them!! Love these boots!!

I love these boots! They are comfy, fit great, and they have very good support, and seem to be made well. I've worn them from 10 am to 10 pm with no issues. Today I had the opportunity to check out just how waterproof they are. We had sun and 50 degrees and I went outside to do some mid-winter cleanup. We still have a couple inches of slushy snow, and the boots were great! My feet stayed nice and warm and DRY! I'm. dry pleased with them.

Love these! I got an 8W to make sure I had room for different types of socks. They were comfortable right from the start. My husband bought me a pair of Super Feet that made them even better. They are ' stiffer' than some of the other boots but was perfect for me.

I absolutely love these boots. They stay snug to my feet and yet are so comfortable. Take time to break them in, they were stiff at first but once broken in they are perfect.

I bought these hiking boots for my daughter and she liked them right away. She needed to wear them for a short time to break them in to make them comfortable. They are comfortable on long hikes. They are not hot even in hot summer weather.

Sporty, nice casual hiking boot. Front width is fine but a bid tied around the arch of the foot; I just tie the shoe very loose. I purchased size 7 and the length is true to size.

These are very comfortable and grip the ground so well. Their traction is perfect. They are waterproof and keep my feet warm and I wear them every day on doing chores and walking out on my acerage. The best purchase of the year. love them
