I wear the wide shoe so I can have more room in the toe box. I have flat feet and a bunion so the little bit of extra room and the arch support is much needed. I had the previous version of this shoe and they were great except for a minor defect in the sole under my pinky toe. I do find the seam on the tongue of the shoe to be too thick and it pushes on my foot uncomfortably in places and causes the tongue to move to the side. It affects how tightly I can lace my shoes as well, so the seam isnt pushing on the top of my foot. They arent as waterproof as my last pair which is disappointing, it could be because of my issues with the tongue of the shoe but I think it is also the shoe itself. If Im working on a rainy day, or the grass is super wet, my feet are not dry for more than an hour.

All Oboz hiking shoes I have found are the most comfortable and supportive hiking shoes I have ever worn!

I just returned from Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon NP for the first hikes in my new Oboz. They were comfortable from the start. Great purchase, great hiking shoes!

I'm on my second pair of your hiking shoes. I love the stability and fit. I wear a size 12, which is very hard to find.

Went on a 4 mile steep rocky terrain hike without issue. No break in time necessary. A little more snug than i would like, i would definitely size up.

This is the 3rd pair of the Sawtooth Low I have had over the last 8 years. I tried on different brands this season, but none of them fit me correctly. I like the sturdy sole and waterproof nature of these shoes. I use them for hiking as well as a part time landscaping job in the summer, and they are comfortable and reliable for these needs. I have flat feet with arthritis and the beginnings of a bunion, so comfy shoes are hard to find. As long as the quality of these Oboz is consistent, I know Ill keep coming back!

Fits my foot perfectly! Feels like wearing slippers.

This is my second pair of Oboz and I love them. They fit a little snug compared to my old model (which they don't make anymore) but as someone with small feel (size 6) and a little wide, they are roomy in the toe box and snug in the heel. Super comfortable and long lasting. My last pair finally showed wear after 8 years of extensive use.

Fab The hiking shoe i was looking for

Shoe was much wider than a medium width should be.

Love these shoes but the heels wore down on city streets and asphalt hiking trails in about a year. I hesitate to buy another pair as much as I love them since most of my hikes are in town. I will look into a different pair of oboz for city walks. Sigh. Wish the soles were more suited to all kinds of terrain. Love Oboz though!

My 2nd pair (Sawtooth-Dry) of OBoz are even more comfortable than the first pair. I wore out the first pair, but routinely would walk in the snow and the Dry" layer always worked. I have yet to walk in the snow with my new pair. I love these shoes.

Light but too hard n not for long trail.

This is my second pair and I love the wayit fits. My shoe size is 11 and I have had s hard time finding a pair that are comfortable and I can wear them the entire day if necessary!

Fit perfectly, like a glove. Right out of the box and hit the trail!

This is my 3rd pair of Sawtooth X Low waterproof hiking shoes. I also have a pair of the mid-rise style. Consistent fit and quality, comfort and support. When you find a good thing you stick with it.

Shoes arrived quickly. The toebox is very comfortable. Ive had a little trouble breaking in the heel portion of the shoe. But found the right socks to help me through that. Overall it appears to be a beautifully made shoe and I would recommend them.

I hiked many, many miles in my first pair of sawtooth hikers. Best shoes of any kind Ive ever had. Was so disappointed with the fit of the current shoes. They are decent hikers and Im going to wear them out, but they are more narrow (in wide), too small a toe box and fall way short of the perfection of my older pair
