I bought this a few weeks ago to use with my Fujifilm x100v, and it has been NEARLY perfect. The expandable space inside is great for my x100v with Cinebloom filter + Squarehood attached, and the material is great for weather resistance. However, I really love Peak Design's hardware features and was disappointed to see this bag has velcro that sticks on EVERYTHING. The material of the bag is also a type that caught on my jacket leading it to pill (had to return as it was really bad after only a couple uses). Otherwise, really great product, just would really have loved to see this product borrow the metal clasp from the Everyday Backpacks - that would be amazing.

Product meets the high expectations the brand created for itself aside of the strap. Plastick hooks, thin and light - not giving confidence. Also, in general it is surely overprised, but so is Mercedes and Bentley :)

So... I bought this a while ago because it sounded like a great idea- a small pouch for all those random things! But in practice, it's been too small for me for a carry around, and too big for a "little items" pouch. If you're looking into this I'd highly recommend you take advantage of the 30 days return policy to try and find if it will work for you. For some context on what can fit though, I have been able to fit an iPad Mini in it!

I bought this bag as a personal bag for travel. Overall it is a great bag that is well made. I wish that it was RFID blocking or at least had an RFID pocket. The SD card pockets could be a little lower in the inside pocket to allow them to hold other things (they're jjust too close to the zipper). One other minor quibble is that one of the strap clips seems to slide off a bit easier than I expect (and easier than my other PD products.) Overall a nice bag that I will use for travel.

This thing is as beautifully-built out of high quality materials as you'd expect from anything Peak Design. It's well-laid out, adequately padded, and feels like it'll last a dog's age. I got the blue one, and leather accents and blue stitching look great, though I wish PD still offered the warm brown colorway they used to. Just note that it's probably quite a bit smaller than you'd think: I bought it hoping it'd fit a Leica M10 with a small Voigtlnder lens plus either a second lens or a tiny Ricoh GR bodya little daytime kit bag to keep on the passenger seat of the car or in a backpack. Turns out the M just barely fits when placed horizontally (bottom plate down, lens facing foward), and definitely not with a lens hood attached. When placed vertically (side of camera down, lens facing forward), because the roll-top style allows vertical expansion, it fits a bit better, and just leaves enough room for another small lens to the side. In other words, it *does* more or less fit what I'd hoped it would, but it's snug snug snug and smaller inside than, say, a run-of-the-mill fanny pack. Just know that most ILC mirrorless bodies won't fit gracefully, unless fitted with the sleekest pancake lens you've got. Should be perfect for something like an X100V or smaller, though. It'll be great for holding the Ricoh on its own, plus an extra battery or flash trigger. I'd also say that it most definitely works best as a bag insertsomething to keep your gear safe and separate inside a larger bagrather than as an on-its-own tote. It looks super silly when strapped to a belt unless it's nearly empty, and you just wouldn't catch me dead using it with the provided strap. The strap's pleasant enough, and it attaches nice and securely, but there's just no human way possible to hang it on yourself without looking like you're carrying the least stylish discount store 1990s mom purse of all time. If that's your vibe, rock it. If it's not, which is probably the case for most of you, just keep the strap off and use it as an insert. Overall, it's a wonderfully-built, cozy little dumpling wrapper if you've got something small to fill it with.

I carry a number of cables in my backpack and had been looking for a way to organize them. I bought this for that purpose and it works perfectly. I have the 20L everyday backpack, it's a tight / perfect fit.

I bought this pouch for an everyday carry for things I hate to have in my pockets. Wallet, glasses, keys, phone. The size flexibility is great in case I need something more. It will even take my iPad Pro 11" vertically, although it does not close then and the placement of the strap is unstable and tends to want to flip the iPad out. My problem and I clip the strap to the top of the bag for more stability. The bag would be perfect for me if it was just one inch or a couple centimeters wider and then the iPad would fit fine horizontally on the occasions I want to carry it too.

The bag itself is great! It fits everything in my everyday carry and it was surprisingly easy to grab what I need. I bought this over the tech pouch because it has a slimmer shape and it comes with a strap... however, the strap connection falls off a bit too easily. It always stays on while it's slung on your shoulder, but when you put it down, the hook falls off very often. I'm a bit disappointed since I figured that getting a free strap was a good deal.

It's a great small bag. E.g keep a Sony rx and a few small accessories. Good inside pockets layout.

I appreciate the changes PD made to V1. It makes this Pouch way better suitied for outdoor carry. especially with the two capture points on the side of the bag. The Field Pouch V1 makes for better packing with its internal pockets that are better than V2. I strongly recommend you use the PD leash or Slide lite to carry this pouch, especially if your gonna be carrying attaching a camera to the side. The included straps suck.

Bought this for my trip to Japan coming up in December. Decided to pack extremely light for this trip instead of bringing the mirrorless with a bunch of lenses. The Field pouch V2 isn't meant to fit mirrorless cameras but it does fit a lot of smaller devices. I've managed to fit the Sony RX100III, Insta360 RS 1 inch, power bank, DJI Pocket 2 with the wireless module, and a bunch of small accessories (cables, cards, etc) in the inside of the pouch with room to spare. Great storage for small devices. The shoulder strap is a bit flimsy and the clip-on connections aren't closed loops so you would be worried that it would come off if someone just tugged at it. Instead, I'm using a tactical belt with it. With the loops purposed for the shoulder strap, I can hang my mini tripod and extension rods with carabiners making them easily accessible. Not sure how long the velcro seal will hold up, so yet to be seen over time.

I bought this prooduct so that I could comfortably carry around my EDC items and for the most part the Field Pouch v2 satisfies that need. Build quality is great. Even though it's only a Velcro mechanism keeping the pouch closed, I haven't been too worried about things falling out. My only gripe with this product is the size, if it was just a tad bigger I'd be able to comfortably bring my iPad Mini and X100V instead I'm having to choose whether to bring one or the other. If possible check this item out in person first before buying. Regardless off the size it mostly does it's job and I'm very happy with this product.

I use this pouch many ways. Mostly as a hip pouch. I also attach it to my peak design backpack. It is a unique size. I like that it can expand. The reason it is not 5 star is the velcro closure. It works but it could be improved to say 2 small magnet latches. Still usable with one hand. I will say the velcro is very durable and has never released when not supposed to.

I bought this pouch for a trip to sacred sites in Greece as a way to carry around just the essentials. I bought a belt for it so I could wear it as a fanny pack (could be a feature to add). It was great, but the velcro made reaching into it a noisy activity and sometimes things would stick to the parts of the velcro that weren't in use. Recommend the pouch, especially its capacity to get smaller or bigger depending on your needs.

I like this little pouch, I really do. It's my fault for not being able to go see one in the flesh, but it is a tad smaller than what would be my perfect size. Having said that, it's still an awesome size of a pouch, and the fact that it expands is pretty awesome and accommodating. My only real gripe is the velcro: it's eating up my camera strap. Other than that, I think one improvement would be to be able to divide the main pouch in two. I would still totally recommend this pouch. It's my daily carry. Looks sleek and is easy to adjust to how you want to carry.

I have 3 of the V2 Field Pouch and 1 of the V1. I had the V1 for a while and loved it, but by the time I got my first V2, they were starting to phase out the V1 and I couldn't get any more. In my opinion, the V1 looks better, is easier to get in and out of, and has more space. Most of that isn't a deal breaker because I have 2 Tech Pouches for bigger stuff and the V2 is still a great product, but I do wish it was more like V1. What we needed was more of a V1.5 rather than a V2. That being said, I still liked it enough to buy it 3 times and would still recommend it. If you organize it well, you can fit quite a bit in it, and like all Peak Design gear, the flexibility is limitless. From shoulder carry, to belt carry, to capture carry, this can go anywhere you need it to go and it's still slim enough to fit nicely in a bag, layered with other similar sized gear.

Bought this to complement the travel 30l backpack I got as well, and its well made, fits stuff I would need for a small day trip if I don't want to take the bigger bag, and the capture clip anchor points are very nice. Only wish the belt loop would have a slightly different design so that it could be hooked onto the PD hip belt I used with the travel backpack, so it can be used as like a front pouch easily.

Bought this field pouch as a lightweight EDC for my X100F and a GoPro, plus batteries. While it is good and fits everything, I think if the pouch had more of a flat bottom it would make it easier to pack and use the internal organisation especially when there are things in the main compartment. It would also stop the pouch falling over and help it stand up on a table when getting into it. Otherwise, it's the perfect size for an EDC, phone, cables, wallet etc. or an accessory pouch to carry lightweight gear.

Sleek and excellent quality. Purchased in part because of recycled aspect but surprised by the wasteful packaging- plastic, velcro, and more. I think the company could shift packaging easily to more in long with its environmental message.

Used this pouch for a few months and I am loving it. One downside is that it does not have the most secure strap if you are jumping up and down with it. But overall with you need a sleek and functional small pouch then this is for you.

I purchased this item hoping that I could use it as a daily carry bag. Although it is as described, I was disappointed in the practicality of its use. I though that it was more flexible than it is. The build quality is excellent, but, it too stiff for my use. My goal was to use is a quick camera bag in which I could place a 50mm or 24-70mm lens along with a cleaning cloth, etc. Unfortunately the size is too small to accomadate both and swap one out for my 200mm to be stored.

Like all PD kit I've ever had, the Field Pouch is thought-through beginning to end, and is top quality in all ways : materials, finish, design, manufacturing. And the Pouch has great features - various pockets with or without closures, multiple ways to carry it, and safety feature like a hidden pocket. It is a convenient size for toting around more stuff than you fit in a pocket, but won't want to lose. And with a PD strap/leash, you can always have it nearby. Only issue I've had with this bag is the closure. If I stand up my phone in it, the flap only just barely closes, and there is just a tiny bit of Velcro holding it closed. It's not in danger of bursting open or anything, but it makes me feel just a tad less secure than with all my other PD gear. So, I put the phone in sideways and carry on!

Got this to carry my everyday carry in a more organized manor. Like all Peak Design products the build quality is great. I'm still getting use to the velcro close ( it holds pretty well but my face mask gets stuck to it often ). I think it might be a tad big for most. I think at this size a sling bag might be a better option

Built really well, but holds very little. Wish it had a little more space for practical use. pretty much my keys, phone and insulin is all I can hold.
