I wear this while hiking. It fits nicely, not too tight or too baggy. I do not over heat and like that I don't need sunscreen on my arms.

Canoe and kayak all day in the sun. Breathes and protects.

I wear these every time I hike. The last trip was eight days in the Dolomites and I wore two and rotated them out and they are the best shirt that ever happened to me. Except now one has a stain and I want to replace it but YOU REPLACED THE POOL BLUE WITH A CRAPPY BLUE and now I'm going to have to go to Free Fly to get their blue hoodie, sorry.

I wear this hoodie to paddle canoe, kayaks, on the water in 90 to 100 degree humid hot sun from 7am to 3pm, and then the evening. Feels like I'm wearing nothing, breathable, and even though I sweat I don't feel hot, just comfortable. Hood is big enough to hug the edge of my visor keeping the sun off my face from the side. I have three of the ultralite and hands down the only thing I wear on all day hot sun adventures. A woman I was paddling with asked me what brand of shirt I was wearing and I told her smartwool is all I wear. Beats anything synthetic.

I wear this all the time spring to fall - for mountain biking, hiking, running, dog walking, backcountry spring skiing, backpacking. I just love it so much I may have to get another just in case. It is so thin and lightweight and soft and doesn't stink ever.

I had one of these I bought a couple of years ago and just bought two more. I wear them all the time. I'm wearing one right now. For hiking, it had a really nice range from keeping me warm in slightly cooler temps to acting as a great sun shirt (not too hot) as the temps warm up. I also wear it around town and for travel -- it's flattering, comes in great coolers and stays wrinkle-free. I'm always a little cold in air-conditioned buildings and this is the perfect weight for just a little bit of warmth. Love the way the wool blend drapes and feels soft next to skin.

I have worn this hiking...it is a great, lightweight shirt that with the hood and long sleeves keeps me protected from sun and wind. I now have it in another colour. I like how it is loose but not too big!

Great light weight sun shirt (I have three colors)! Wish they had it in men's for my husband too! Have used them many times including hiking multiple peaks in Colorado and a 20+ mile hike in the Grand Canyon.

I love this hoody so much I bought two! It's very lightweight and breathes well during high output activities. I use it for running, biking and ski touring. I've had mine for one year and so far it's held up great. Did not shrink upon washing and drying, feels comfortable on the skin, can sweat in it multiple times before washing as stink fades out over night.

I like this hoodie for hiking and hanging out in the coastal fog. It's perfect with a hood and loose but not baggy. I'll get lots of use out of this!

This hoodie is terrific. It's light and versatile, can be worn for sports or casual wear. Great product.

Cool weather running favorite! Super soft, warm without being hot.

I've been wearing my hoody the last few days of cooler temperatures. It's been great by itself or as a base layer depending on wind and activity level. I would enjoy a little more cross over at the neck line

LOVE this hoodie. It's perfect for a light long-sleeve, but I can tell it won't be too hot to use as a sun shield when working in warmer climate. I'll buy again!
