I camped in Joshua tree in the windiest day of the year California has ever recorded (gusts of 65 Mph). my friends back in 29 palms thought I died but I slept like a baby. perfect tent for wind storms. easy to set up and enough room for one person

Used this bad boy in the BWCA in northern Minnesota. Rained every night but I stayed dry. East set, up easy tear down. Rocks, man.

Loved using this tent. The only downside is the weight.

A great tent for a weekend car camping trip. A bit on the heavy side for backpacking, but perfect for a 2 day trip

I got my new tent a couple of days ago. Decided to go out for a night out before a week trip. Took everything out of the bag. Started settling up and go to find out one of the cross poles is missing an end piece. Not the end of the world but still. Disappointing.

I'm a bit big and a bit tall so this two person gets used as a comfy one person. Tons of ventilation, easy to set up, easy to pack in and out. I like it.

I haven't used the product besides setting it up outside, but so far the material seems amazing. Zipper can get caught but you'll get that with most tents.

It's easy to set up and great for backpacking, especially if you're splitting the gear between two. The lack of footprint can be upsetting but the tent doesn't leak much unless you press against the sides.

Good value. Pros: lightweight, compact, easy set up, good ventilation. Held up well in windstorm. Cons: can't close up during windstorm - dust inside. Fly catches constantly.

Great product and quality, other than the stakes they provide. Good thing is, aftermarket stakes are very cheap and easy to find!

The tent is extremely light. 2 additional stakes for the vestibules are needed. Sleeves for the poles would make setting up easier. Heavier as a result, but I would rather an easier set-up.

I have used this tent a couple of times. I love that it is so light. The fly does not have to be used. Yet since the doors tuck away easily, a person might as well use it and be ready for precipitation and/or cooler temperatures. Two negatives (in my perspective) are: 1) I would have rathered sleeves for the poles. I grasp that it would add weight but it would make setting up quicker and easier. 2) A couple of additional stakes would have been nice. When it is raining stakes seem to be needed to create usable vestibule space.

The size was great for camping/biking with my gear. It did well in rain, too. I should have paid attention to other reviews, though, about the zipper on the rain fly catching! That was a deal-breaker for me, since I had to deal with it every time I tried to unzip the rain fly from the inside.

This is my go to tent when not using my z packs plexamid. Easy to set up and sturdy. My one complaint is the poles gave the third time I used it making my set up not as stable.

Serious design flaw with the rainfly zipper design. The flap over the zipper gets caught every time you try to unzip it from the inside. While I like the compact design, roomy interior, and ease of setup of the tent, the zipper flaw is too annoying to ignore.

Bought this tent at the start of summer. Already has a hole in the bottom and one of the poles broke on my third trip with it. Would not recommend

Used this on a 4 night park trip- rained most nights and completely soaked through the bottom even with a layer beneath the tent. Other than that worked great and was super nice to relax in and looked fantastic

I've owned two of them now the first one broke on the trail within a week. Had to fight with north face customer service to try and see how we could replace when I was on the trail no luck. Now the same thing has happened in the same amount of time. Now I'm just gonna be buying something else. I don't wanna fight customer service on my hiking trip total crap tent.

I will give it 5 stars for waterproofing, as it still holds up with the Gorilla tape I have to use after the tent poles snapped with barely any wear. I guess I shouldn't expect more from a company that has a better reputation for overpriced fleece pullovers than actual camping gear.

It rained almost every afternoon. The flap over the zipper caught every time you tried to unzip it from the inside. Horrible design! I should not have to hold the flap open with one hand and unzip the rainfly with the other hand!!! Might be one of the worst designs Ever! Maybe you should take the zipper technology in you mummy bags and apply it to your rain fly. The rainfly vestibule needs to extend out further and so should the sides. Honestly wish I could return this tent as would give it a F rating all day long. Dont buy this tent as the rainfly issues make this a clearance sale tent at best.

It is roomy and fairly easy to set up. Its not light. I liked the tent other than the packers, not shipping, had ripped four corresponding holes in the tent. Customer care has been worthless.
