The footprint is impossible to get. It's never in stock, and when you call customer service they tell you to buy a tarp ($) until it comes back in stock, basically reco'ing buying 2 products.

I live in the Pacific Northwest. It rains. A footprint is absolutely required to be safe while camping. The Northface made a footprint for this tent. But now, they don't. But they'll still sell you the tent! If you live in an area where it rains, you need a foot print. Offering this tent without one is like selling a tent without tent polls. It's totally absurd.

The first time setting this tent up, following the instructions to a T, one of the main tent poles ripped open into a dangerous, jagged mess. We have to cancel our backpacking trip!

The screen ripped the first time out on a trip and the Wawona 6 ground foot print is no longer sold. Regular tarps don't fit the strange tent size as a foot print which makes it harder to keep tent dry in a big rain. We got soaked on our trip. A challenging experience which I encourage others to avoid.

This product can really be only used in warm climates. The structure is good and the tent is spacious. But the main door provides only 1 mesh door and cold air gets in through the vestibule. So no chance for body heat to warm up the tent and keep the colder air out. Major disappointment

Upon first set up one of the main orange piles completely snapped and the second slipped out at a joint and bent the metal pole. Tent is unusable, very disappointed.

After a year, the tent was leaking and it is not waterproof. We used the tent 3 years (summer family holidays) and each time it was raining inside. We tought it aas the condensation, but no the tent is leaking so wehave to purchase a shield.
There is a lot of room for a family of 4. It is confortable, we can stand up inside. It is eavy so it is fine for a car camping, but not for backpacking.
