I'm looking for a replacement for a North Face rain jacket I've had for several years. Worn to hike, backpack, bike, travel and out and about. The only adjustment for the hood is a cord around the opening. When pulled shut to keep out wind and rain it covers the eyes. It is not usable and a safety hazard. There is no adjustment on the sleeve cuffs. Only a piece of elastic that allows the sleeve to slide down over the had and doesn't secure against wind and rain.

Wore twice and jackets split in back sent it back and they won't fix or give me a new one

I ordered this rain jacket in a mens large and it was way to big. I returned it and after two weeks, I called about my refund. They said they hadn't received it yet but would refund my money to my credit card and it would take 3 to 5 business days. Quick to sell slow to refund

Had an issue with a raincoat. I returned that one. And the one that replaced it. Is made very cheaply. my other coat was stitched on. And this one has a rubber on it looks like it's gonna fall off with the name. Feels very cheap. Not like my other north face.
