The second antora jacket I've ordered from you directly and same negative again. The elastic bands on the wrists are loose and not as tight and secure as the antora i ordered from an authorized retail vendor. Very disappointing again

I initially bought an Antora and realized water leaked through during heavy rainfall so I returned it and bough another but the same thing happened. They claim its "Waterproof" but it's only resistant

Bought a Large. The same size as the North Face jacket I was attempting to replace it with, and it was noticeably smaller, thinner, and felt like a cheap windbreaker. Does not feel like the North Face fit and quality from 10-15 years ago. Avoid.

Overall it's a nice jacket. But, when washing this jacket its Velcro frayed the knit cuffs on a brand new coat I'd just bought and put in that load of laundry. I didn't think to zip it up to avoid that happening and it didn't say anything on the washing instructions. Customer service didn't help me at all either other than apologizing. Buy it, but be careful when washing it with other clothing!

Beautiful color, and the fabric felt nice and seemed durable. It also stated on the tag that it was in fact waterproof, while the item description merely said water-resistant, so that seemed promising. Unfortunately, the cuffs are cinched elastic with no ability to be adjusted, which I found uncomfortable and limiting; at this price point and for gear intended for active outdoor use I expect an adjustable, comfortable cuff that can both be tucked under and secured around a glove. I returned this item, regretfully.

Sleeves were way to short for my son, I wish they would make it in tall

Absolutely to to thin. Not what i expected.

Fit in the body and the hood are terrible. Bought this to replace the venture; which was a perfect fit. This jacket has a very large mid section and big soft hood (venture had a rigid brim).

I wanted a rubber raincoat, and this is not that. I dislike wearing a crinkly sounding jacket because you hear the hood make crinkly noises everytime you take a step or turn your head

Basic but functional. This was a warranty replacement for a much more advanced rain jacket but due to inflation I only was able to get this jacket. As I said it is functional but it is on the low end for features. TNF should have replaced my jacket with a comparable jacket rather than looking at the $$..

Purchased XXL and these newer jackets run a little smaller than previous versions. If you're on the bigger side and have a belly, I'd recommend going a size up in order to comfortably zip up the jacket.

To thin it's more like a rain jacket

Our previous North Face jacket this one replaced was far superior and QUIET. This one is like wearing a bag of chips!! Very disappointing.

Be careful with North face they don't backup their warranty. Limited lifetime means we'll stonewall you until you die.

This jacket is advertised as waterproofed. It is not. I wore this jacket on a rainy day and it was waterproof for 5,6 minute. After that, it got soaked. Complete waste of money, I can't return it, ugh, frustrating.

Didn't like it was more like a rain jacket!

Looks good, but is absolutely worthless as a rain jacket. I have been soaked through multiple times relying on this piece of crap.

Returned for the Alta Vista jacket. More functionality and better fit. Worth price difference.

It is too small . I have a couple tnf jackets sized large and they are a little roomy. So I ordered a medium and it is was to small
