We buy our fall and winter jackets every year from LL Bean! Quality, colors and price point are always on point. We love them!!!

Ordered this fleece in the raspberry color for my four year old, who is average size for her age. Fits her well, with room for a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. Very soft and cuddly, have not experienced the shedding problem others describe. We've had it for about a month, so too soon to comment on durability but long enough to have seen if it was going to shed all over everything. Very happy with our purchase so far.

This was a preholiday gift for my grands, a 3-yr-old girl and 4-yr-old boy. To quote my daughter, "Tell them that that are great quality and that they are true to size and comfortable as all get out." So very pleased. Thanks, again, LLBean!!!

My granddaughter loves it!

I got two of these for both of my kids for Christmas 2018. It's been a year and it's still an absolute favorite and the go-to jacket. They love how cuddly it is. I love it because I know they are snug and have something soft to feel on durring the day at school. I will be buying this cuddly jacket for my kids every time they grow a size up. Thank you LL Bean for making such a great product!

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter back in the fall, in size 14-16 in the color of black cherry. She is 5 feet and 90 lbs. It fits true to size with room to grow. It is her favorite fleece by far. She wore it constantly, even in the house sometimes! It washes and dries beautifully without any shrinkage. Softest and fluffiest fleece!

I bought this jacket for my granddaughter's 5th birthday. She is petite so i was worried about getting the size 5-6, but the fit is fine and she will get at least a year if not two from it. She loved the color and warm fleece. It seems well made. I would like the very same jacket!

"No one wears a coat!" my stepson (7th grade) says. People who wear coats risk teasing. He would only wear a hooded sweatshirt to school and insisted he wasn't cold. This jacket is the perfect solution: not only soft, cozy, and much warmer than a sweatshirt, but my stepson wears it and loves it. He is not quite 5 ft tall and skinny, usually wears a medium. I got the large so he could wear it for a while (maybe), and it's a nice slouchy fit on him.

My son got this for Christmas because he loves "cozy clothes." He absolutely loves it. He is almost 5, but I ordered a small (4) since non toddler sizes seem to run a little. It fits perfect with a little room to grow.

I got this jacket for my 4 year old, it's a great to wear as a jacket for warmer days but can also be used more as a sweatshirt or additional layer under her coat when it's very cold. We got the 5/6 hoping it would last more than 1 year, my daughter is 45inches tall, it fits her great but there is still room to grow. We got the navy and the color is on the darker side but very nice and easy to wear. She loves to wear it as it's so cozy + the hood fits her perfectly and, last but not least, it washed very well! We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this fleece for my 5 year old grandson who wanted the same fleece as his 9 year old brother. They both say it is warm and comfortable as an outer jacket with one layer underneath. There is room for another layer.

This was a gift for our 7 y/o granddaughter, who really likes it. The dark purple is a great color which won't show the dirt! I didn't know about the reflective material and the tumble/air dry only directions until I read the labels. We'll see how this works, but maybe not too practical for a child's jacket.

It was pretty good but a little bigger than I expected

My daughter loves this jacket. Its soft and keeps her warm with a long sleeve shirt underneath. We are in Santa Barbara Ca. and the winter mornings are wet, foggy and very chilly in the 50s. This jacket keeps her warm. She loves that it has pockets! We have it in the purple and we really hope the berry pink color comes back in stock! My daughter is petite and tall. We got size 6/7 it definitely has room for a long sleeve or thicker shirt/cardigan underneath. I wish the hood would be a little tighter around her face. When its windy it will blow off. The jacket is very soft which she absolutely loves!

Good fit and keep our grandson warm during a ski trip. We will get another as he grows next year.

Having 3 Nine year old triplet Grand Daughters ! Shopping for them has been a real challenge to say the least . Shopping at LL Beans always goes well . The size chart is easy to follow and this product will last . The Fleece jackets fit perfect ! And my Grand Daughters love them .

My son loved this sweatshirt. I think he has worn it every day since Christmas! He asked for something soft and this fits the bill!

Grandson loves it. Says 5/5 stars, feels great, looks great, super warm layer, and could only be improved if more customizable, eg if he could have selected blue body with black hood.

My daughters love this cozy jacket. This was our second time ordering in the next size up. We live in Alaska and though this coat doesnt work for winters, its perfect spring, summer and fall.

So soft, my kids dont want to take them off. Praying that means they wont get lost!

We purchased this for my nine-year-old son. He is pretty tall and lanky. This ended up not fitting him in the sleeves after only one time wearing it. It runs very small. My son is a true size 10/12 in most things. It really is soft and cozy. If you buy it, size up.
