I bought this backpack for my son three years ago and it has held up like a champion. He is super rough on all of his stuff and we have had no issues with this backpack. It has multiple places for storage options and has fit all of his water bottles without any issue. Highly recommend this backpack!

The backpack is sturdy with lots of pockets and 2 places for water bottles! We had it monogrammed and it looks great for the start of 4th grade!

Same quality you expect from LLBEAN only wish the embroidery was a little larger.

Daughter loves her backpack, it fits all her school supplies.

I bought 2 of these for my boys who were 4 and. 2 at the time, they are bigger kids so I did want something they could grow into. Now almost 10 and 8 and these bags are still going strong. Color has held up, minimal fading we have the blue camo and army green camp (no longer available). Zippers have held up and my boys are rough not to mention all of their sports gear got into the mix as well. These bags are roomy fits lots of things. Although the bags were used for school We traveled to Europe with they and fit all of their personal items. Only purchasing new ones for a change of pace.

When the Grandkids need a backpack; LLBean is always the place to go. Selection & Monograms are the best!

We bought this backpack over 3 years ago and it is still in good shape. All the zippers still work and straps.

The backpack was exactly what was described. We have not had the backpack very long yet, but so far the quality is good.

This was advertised as a children's book bag so it is made quite sturdy. It is a large size. This bag could definitely be used for travel also

These are sturdy and well made backpacks. Bought one for my daughter for school when she was in the 7th grade. She used it until her junior year of college - 9 years! Just bought her a new one and I'm sure it will last just as long. We especially like the separate zippered sections and dividers. Very functional.

Our 5 year old Son is starting kindergarten this year . LLBean has the best strength, its size , durability . He loved the color , even put his Initials ( it's free, card perks ) . This will last until 8th grade I'm sure .

The school year is almost over and this bookbag still looks as great as it did on day one. Used by a 4th grader, it's been through a lot. The kid says she wants to use it again next year. I am impressed. I will purchase again and strongly recommend to others.

This is a very big backpack but like all LLBean packs it is well-made and I expect it will last forever (we have 4 other LLBean backpacks that have been through YEARS of abuse by my kids and they are still going strong!)

My 4th grader likes it. She chose the rainbow colors. She is happy that it has many pockets and zips. The bag looks pretty and durable.

The backpack is beautifully and sturdily made. My 8th grade granddaughter has had her current LLBean backpack since she was in kindergarten and now it's time to replace it. She expects to still be using this new backpack in college!

Purchased this for my 9-year-old granddaughter, and she loves it! Lots of storage, and of course these Bean backpacks last forever! She will still be using this for college!

I bought these for my kids MANY years ago because I wanted something that would last. My son used his from elementary through graduation and it remained in nearly perfect condition. My daughter started using hers in first grade, she's now in 10th grade and it's still in perfect condition. In fact when she was in 7th grade she overheard 2 kids she had gone to elementary school with walking behind her saying "I know who that is, I recognize her backpack." I throw it in the washing machine once the school year is over and I'm telling you to this day there are no holes, no fabric thinning, no strap ripsvirtually no signs of wear, and that's incredible considering how kids treat their stuff. All 4 of my kids had these but the other two got tired of having the same backpack year after year so I caved and got them other athletic name brands which were more expensive and they barely made it through one year before ripping etc. THESE WILL LAST FOREVER and save so much money in the long run!
