Light weight, and has more than enough pockets. Was great for hiking, or just walking around town.

Love the backpack! If I could change one thing, the side water bottle carriers are too large for my water bottle and it falls out.

This bookbag is very roomy and has a lot of unique pockets and space. I've had this style bag myself since the '90s and still use it. We bought two for Christmas presents for our sons and they love this backpack! Excellent design!

As of right now it has held up very well. When my son needed a new book bag I wanted him to get an LLbean because I have mine from 30 years ago and still use it. It has held up wonderfully over the years and I hope his will do the same.

I got the deluxe pack for my middle school aged son because his work load was much greater than his old backpack could handle. He is able to fit his Chromebook, all textbooks and notebooks, as well as his clarinet case, with room to spare. I chose L. L. Bean because I had many years of use from mine in high school, so I knew it would hold up!

This backpack is a great size for all my work needs- I easily fit a breast pump, laptop, lunch bag, and all the purse essentials in one bag instead of bringing multiple bags. The vibrant colors and durability are added bonuses!

This is the perfect size backpack for my 4' 10" 4th grader. He is expected to carry a Chromebook, charger and a 5" divided binder and thankfully, this bag fits it all with room to spare! He also says it opens wider than the PBK backpack he was outgrowing, making it easier to get all his things in and out quickly. Most importantly, it has the chest strap so his 70 lb frame doesn't fall backwards under all that weight!

My daughter loves her new backpack.I love that it's lightweight, yet durable. It has so many compartments for her to stuff school things into. I look forward to her getting some serious mileage out of it. Fun fact: My husband still has and uses his childhood backpack he got when he was a teenager. He's 37. L.L. Great size, great quality & my kids love it! Both my girls (9 & 5) picked it! The bag is large on my 5 year old but she still loves it!!!
