Awesome backpack. I used LL Bean backpacks as a student and loved them. Now my kids are using them and love them.

We only buy LL Bean backpacks. My kids carried their last ones to school for 3 years. They are still in great shape. We only ordered new ones because they were ready for new designs.

The backpack is brand new but is replacing the same model that has been used daily for 11 years. Only thing that ever failed was the top seam where the strap attaches but my son carries a crazy amount of books/school supplies all day long. No other backpack has ever come close in durability.

We love these backpacks. My son is on his fourth year with his and my daughter just got one. They are super sturdy and hold a ton!

LL Bean never disappoints. Always quality and always well made. Very happy with this purchase and the color is beautiful!

I buy one for every exchange student I'd had and they continue to last from travels in the States and abroad. I purchase a few for students who won't have one for school. I always think about buying a backpack elsewhere but I come back to Bean's backpack because I know these students will have their bags forever. My daughter has had hers for 12 years and still loves it. My two are 12 years old, I use one as my bag for school and the other for traveling. They've been tossed around, have gotten wet, pulled across pavement while continuing to do their job and looking great. Every year I see cute patterns on new ones that I'd like to get but since mine are in 100% excellent condition, I don't think I "need" one. Or maybe I do just for the fun of it!

Love this backpack! They last forever! Bought them for my children and am now buying them for my grandchildren.

Took me years to convince my younger daughter that LL Bean backpacks are durable and last a long time. After years of my younger daughter tearing up other backpacks every year, she is loving her LLBean backpack and has realized that LLBean backpacks are the best. I had bought her older sister an LLBean backpack when she became a freshman in high school. That backpack not only made it through high school but completely through college.

I have purchased this backpack for all SIX of my children! It has held up to everything and the warranty from LLB would cover any issues we could ever come across. We have used the Deluxe size for grades K-12.

The bag is excellent. We just have to figure out how the belt opens

I'd looking been looking for a backpack to replace my old one that had accompanied me over many years and miles. It took a surprisingly long time to find something similar. This pack holds two or three changes of clothes, toiletries, books, etc. What's more, it's iron-strong and straightforward in design: without so many zips and pockets you don't know where you put anything. I love it.

I have had LL Bean backpacks since I was a kid; bought one for my son for Christmas. Size is great, and I expect it to be durable just like the ones I am used to. It is a good size and should work for my 3rd grade son for several years.

My parents didn't have much when I was growing up, but my siblings and I had LL Bean backpacks. I bought this backpack for a child that is currently in a homeless shelter as part of a Christmas gift. I purchased the navy with their name silver text, when it arrived it was as lovely as I knew it would be. Many children in homeless shelters don't have many things that are truly theirs, so I knew this was a great gift for them. I filled it with some clothes and a pair of shoes with a note telling them to fill it with some of their favorite things. I know this backpack will last them a long time like mine have.

I bought this for my grandson. He wanted one just like his cousin has. They both love their LLBean backpacks!

After two bags bought at a well known big box that either almost came apart at the seams, and the other with broken zipper. We decided to get grandson a dece bag. Should have done it first off.

I bought 2 and they are the strongest bags that my kids have used.

We have gotten each of our grandchildren this backpack and the matching lunchboxes for when they started kindergarten. They are high quality and stand up well to their heavy use. Highly recommend.
