LLB backpacks are so sturdy! A neighbor told me about them years ago. They last for years. In the long run, they are way cheaper than buying at retail stores because new ones are not required every single year.

These backpacks last a lifetime. The quality and size of the pack is perfect for school.

Love these packs! I had one that I used as Highschool teen and continued to use through College and Grad school. It held up to the challenge.

I have had this style of LL Bean backpack ever since I was a teen. It is versatile and very roomy and durable. Finally needed to get a new one after 25 years. This new one has so far been great. Durable side pockets, zippers, nice padding in the back, nothing fancy, compartments for everything all in the right places. No excess. Just perfect. Highly recommend this backpack!

LL Bean backpacks are the best and last. The color is exactly what my granddaughter wanted. We were upgrading to a new size since she is entering middle school.

This backpack is perfect for traveling. It's big enough to fit your essential items (wallet, documents, umbrella, sweatshirt) and whatever souvenirs you buy a long the way.

This backpack offers both function and attractiveness. The many compartments allow for serious organization. It's comfortable and holds a lot! Through our many years of being LLBean customers, we have run across a few zipper issues. Unfortunately, this backpack zipper jammed a week after we bought it. You have to be careful to hold the flaps flat when you zip it. The first time it got stuck, we finally got it unjammed. A week later the same thing happened when it was zipped too quickly. After two people tried to wiggle the zipper free for 45 minutes, I thought I'd have to cut the backpack open with scissors. I called LLBean and they replaced it. Later we were able to force it open resulting in a tear, but it is still usable. While I appreciate their return policy, I really wish it was not necessary. I deliberated returning the replacement to LLBean, but with the backpack under a month old, I'm afraid it may yet again have issues. It's a great backpack and hopefully our experience was a fluke.

Looks like it will be very good to our student grandchild.

This is a great backpack!! It helps me keep my life organized! I can put my purse in it and everything else I need throughout the day! Lots of pockets to keep things in! Great zippered cell phone pocket too!

Great light weight but sturdy backpack that has lots of compartments for storage. Perfect size for traveling. I prefer a backpack to a roller carry on bag and this one is perfect.

We ordered the Vintage Lavender for our daughter's 11th birthday, ahead of entering middle school. She loves it! It's a great size and had so many compartments... Much improved from the LL Bean backpack I had and loved at her age. The suggested monogram color of Silver looks great. She was so very excited to receive this gift! I know she'll use it for many years, just as I did.

This bookbag is very generously sized. Bought it to use on a trip and this bag was perfect. Plenty of zipped compartments to store all the essentials you need to take along during the day plus 2 outside holders for drinks. Worth every penny!
