Great book sack! I had mine throughout HighSchool and the first year of college. So when my kids got to HighSchool, i ordered them one as well. Long lasting, and durable. We will not be buying anymore for a while

I had to laugh at the quote I saw on this site of 'the only pack they'll ever need'! I was the mean Mom throughout my kids' elementary school years because I wouldn't buy them new backpacks every new school year. Why... because their LLBean backpacks were still in PERFECT condition! You can't go wrong with an LLBean backpack for kids to carry to school!

I have bought LLBean backpacks for over 20 years and three kids. I can honestly say that they are the best! It took over 6 years for any of them to become worn. Best investment!
