Perfect size for our five year old grandson. He takes it EVERYWHERE! He carts food from the farmer's market and takes it to preschool. He just LOVES his backyard.

I have a 2.5 year old and she is in love with her "Pretty Big Girl Polka Dot Backpack"! It fits her perfectly, and will for a few years at least. I had it monogrammed with her name in a deep purple and it came out legible and beautiful. Cannot recommend this product enough. I cannot state to the wear and tear as right now we're only transporting a folder and a blanket, but it seems very durable. We will be purchasing the next size up when i is time.

This backpack is perfect for preschool and kindergarten. Not too big but big enough. In cold climates there's even a little room for snow gear. Totally well made and these particular colors turned out very pleasing. And the water bottle pouch is a must. Our 3 1/2 year old grandson loves it! This is the 4th backpack for a student I've purchased over time. Never disappointed.

I purchased the junior size backpack for my 5 year old daughter. She chose the colorful dots design. The backpack is so well made. It has plenty of pockets. I'm very satisfied w my purchase. I also love how unique it is. No one else in her class has one like it.

Purchased this backpack for my granbaby to go to Pre-K. It is the perfect size for him. Holds everything he needs including change of clothes, tablet, snacks, etc. And has room for more. Well built, it can hold up to him.

The back pack I purchased for my daughter is colorful&exactly what she picked out. I'm sure it will last her as long as my backpack lasted; years!

This backpack is fantastic! It is such high quality and I can tell it's going to last for a very long time. A friend recommended it to me and her daughter has been using her bag for three or four years now and it is still in excellent condition. My daughter is almost 4, and she has no problem carrying this back-and-forth to school. It's the perfect size to fit everything she needs. I highly recommend this, and I will be buying one for my son when he starts school.

Super cute and durable. I love it for my 3 year old who just started preschool. Our school required a waterproof backpack due to weather and this is probably the closest thing that actually comes closest to a school backpack. It's the perfect size as well.

Let's answer your first question: Yes, this fits a real-sized folder. My daughter is 5 and pretty petite and we chose this one so it would stay up above her bottom and it does! After 3 weeks, I see no future issues with its durability and we've tested its capacity to fit 1) a change of clothes at the bottom; 2) an actual folder; and 3) a lunchbox with some room to spare in the big pocket if we needed it. The water bottle pocket has no problem fitting a kids size Camelback. Perfect first backpack!

As expected, a great quality product, but the real takeaway is that this print is so much prettier and vibrant in real life. The colors are just very pretty. I have older grandchildren for whom I've bought these backpacks - one going on 6 years - and they're still in great shape. I would definitely recommend.

Cute and sturdy feeling bag. Lightweight. Perfect size for my preschooler and his folder fits, too. Zippers seem to be good quality. We had it personalized and that's a fun touch.
