I purchased this for my Granddaughter who started Kindergarten. She picked it out and loves it. Nicely made and a perfect size for that age group.

The quality of this backpack is truly unmatched. I know my child will be able to use it for years to come and it has enough space to grow with my child.

My children always had LLBean backpacks. Now I am buying them for my grandchildren.

Had one as a kid and just got one for my kindergartener! Great quality backpack that should last him a few years. This size is perfect for us for his age, fits his lunch box, folder, and a change of clothes with a little room for extras if needed.

This is a great backpack for the little preschoolers. Great size to hold all their needs and not overpower them! Durable and well made, it will last until they outgrow it.

Purchased 2 for my grandsons starting pre-k. I love that I could get them monogrammed. The material is a little different than I expected. It doesn't look as durable, but all the ratings I have read, don't mention any problems, so it should be good.

I bought both of my sons backpacks when they started elementary school back in 1997. When they got older I bought them bigger ones. They still have both sizes of backpacks and still use them. They still have their initials monogramed on them and still look good.

My kiddo loves her new school backpack! The color is exactly as it appears, and it's perfect. The embroidery color matches the reflective strip and zippers. It's just what she wanted.

This is perfect size for young, elementary age kids or as an everyday replacement for purse or messenger bag. I bought this for my 5 year old, but plan to upgrade size for school before 3rd grade. This will still be handy for sleepovers, pool days, etc.

I've bought 7 of these Jr Book Packs for all of my grandchildren when they were born and had their first name monogrammed on them. They've taken them to day care, car trips, trips to Mimi and Pops' house and stored their treasures at home and used them through first grade. No broken zippers, they spot clean beautifully. Worth every penny!!

We purchased this for our newborn and use it as a diaper bag for daycare specifically- it is great! We keep diapers and wipes in the front section, and a spare jacket, onesie, and sleep sack in the main section. It holds everything we need and is so cute having his name on it. This will last and transition once he's a toddler too.
