The fit is perfect, I have wide feet. I ordered a 81/2 Wide. Nice soft and stretchy material so it doesn’t hurt my bunion. Shoes are very comfortable, no pain or discomfort.

I am on my feet a lot and walk miles every day in hilly areas. I find sneakers that are thin and able to roll up almost like a sock, don't provide enough protection for my heel and plantar fascia for more than a quick trip. These New Balance has good flexibility, but not sock-like flexibility, so it helps to support my foot the way it needs. The sole is nice and grippy, light and I really like the blue I chose.

I am really enjoying these NB Fresh Foam sneakers! I stand all day at work and these give me the support and comfort my feet need.

Good fit and very comfortable. New Balance it me well. These are shoes I could walk in all day.

My similar NB shoe was well loved and finally wore out. Normally I prefer to be fitted at a running store for my shoes but I took a chance on ordering this model and I'm very happy! I'd say it's about 1/2 size, maybe 1/4 size big. I'm a 7.5 and for all the walking I do at my local indoor gym track, I usually size up so my toes have plenty of room. I did NOT have to size up this time. The 7.5 was great and still gave me a little room for my toes. The vibrant yellow/pink color is also a fun change.

seemed to fit a little bigger than my current New Balance, but not as comfortable with my orthotics

Nice fit. Nice cushiony feel. Wide enough for the toes of my fractured foot. Wish it had better arch support, but you can't have everything. Nice color (light blue). I'm sure they'll be filthy soon, but I'll still wear them.

I like the look and feel of the shoes but there is just not enough cushion for my old, tired feet.

I always order up a 1/2 size and order wide with New Balance and it was a perfect fit. It’s a great, solid, supportive shoe.

This shoe is really comfortable. The upper knit is very thin/airy compared to the 10 and 11. My normal size is 10.5 W. I ordered a 10.5 W and a 10 W because zappos site kept insisting I go down a size due to this version running large. They were really right. The 10 W fits perfectly. I would get this shoe again

Almost perfect. My feet are the problem - metatarsalgia, Morton's neuroma, heel pain. I ordered a wide based on recent advice from podiatrist. These have excellent toe box, very comfortable. I just need to find the right insoles to relieve the metatarsal pain.

Love these New Balance women’s 1080 v.12. I can wear these all day without any pain or discomfort in my feet! I normally wear 1/2 size larger (I wear a 9 but always order a 9-1/2) and they fit perfectly!

These shoes are so comfortable and have great support. I got them in wide, and the toe box is the perfect size. I’ll be getting them again in the future!

I love this shoe, I really wanted a white shoe so I am returning until I can get the white.

I'm very happy with these shoes. I work for 8 hours on a concrete floor, and my feet are still happy at the end of my shift. I've owned other New Balance models that were good for day to day life, but the 1080 has always been a good work model for me.

These are the BEST running shoes ever. There is support yet the shoe is light weight. For reference, I’m 5’8” @ 148 lbs AND most often wear sz 10 N or AAA. These 10.5 Medium fit perfectly. I can’t explain about the discrepancy in shoe sizes. Thankfully ZAPPOS honors their promise of exchange.

I did order WIDE (width size D) and surprised at the generous width and height of the toe box. I went down a half-size and the fit is perfect. Excellence support and cushioning.

Amazing sneaker! Great forefoot support. Right amount of cushion. I am always skeptical trying a new sneaker style, so happy I did! I purchased the wide, as I have a wider toe box. Having wide width option & still a cute sneaker??yeah??

The fit for me was perfect, although I took advice from the other reviews and Zappos description and ordered down 1/2 size. The toe box is generous and round, the fabric and sole were both comfortable and flexible. Thanks to Zappos convenient return policy, I tried a bunch of Altra and other New Balance styles and found the Fresh Foam X1080v12 to be the best all around athletic shoe. I should add that I have a lot of foot problems and use orthotic insoles. There's plenty of room for those- - The 1080 is so comfortable that I bought 2 pairs.
