I have small, wide feet and for 15 years have only run in the NB 990s. I switched shoes because the website said these are the best running shoes EVER. These provide no support to the sides of my feet - like wearing a foot sweater - and the bottoms of my feet burn. The soles of the shoes are fine. It's the upper that does not work for my hooves.

Never received a refund for the return.

This version has too many flaws.. For instance the back of the hill that goes up and out it's too hard I do not like that on my heel. I don't feel like I have stability in my heel there like it's gonna slip out all the time it's too easy. Then the width they have made the shoe snugger so that I don't have the same toe Box anymore and I don't have the same with. I tried a man's size but they were too long too long although the width was wonderful. Why don't you make this in A4E for women? We need for E! There are many of us women who need wider shoes just like the men, women don't stop growing at 2E. So please consider adding 4E to your sizes for women. Yes you have a few shoes that are in 4E, but not this 1. I will. I would pay a lot of money for this shoe in the 4E.

V12 has an uncomfortable padded cuff around the ankle and does not fit as well as V11. The support features feel "different" to all previous iterations of 1080.

Bottom is peeling off after one wear

Not happy with the shoes. Extremely frustrating customer service experience. Will not buy from NB again.
