If your looking for comfort and do not buy these shoes and do not pay for the 20 dollar 2 day air shipping you will still get them in 7 days

Normally I love 1080's but I have now purchased 2 sizes and both have ran bigger than they should thus having to return them. The back of the shoe by the heal also has a lot more padding and isn't comfortable like the v11. I'm very disappointed with the color selection. As a healthcare provider; I prefer an all black shoe. There is not one available currently. The V12 is a bust for me.

I use the product for walking. I find the product small in spite of having ordered the "extra" wide version. The product is significantly smaller then mu previous new balance product.

Too squishy, runs big, my feet slide around inside. Would return if I could, but couldn't get a sense of the shoes until after a run or two.

I ordered my normal size in a Wide and noticed that a) new model is much narrower than previous v11 and v10 of which I bought 3 pairs. My left shoe seems narrower than right shoe. I thought a few wears may break it in but no luck. Tried getting customer service assistance on the website but keeps routing me back to returns, which won't help since I've now worn a few times

Even in wide this show is too narrow compared to other New Balance. Painful to walk in, try anything else.

I got my pair 2 weeks ago and it already has stained and turned yellow( I try cleaning it multiple times). Comfort is great but the shoe feels tight so maybe get the wider option if you're not sure. My concern is with the shoe color and looking yellow 2 weeks after purchase. I feel like returning these shoes

I ordered a size 11 and the shoe is easily a size 12. Beware when you're ordering online the sizing is not correct. Running in these are like running in sandals. What a waste of money. There's no way I'll be purchasing new balance shoes online again.

I walk about 10 miles every day at work at Amazon as a picker on reinforced concrete and the fresh foam has creased cracked and thinned to more compacted size and are pretty scuffed up easily after only about 16 days of work, I'm still under new balances refund promise so hopefully they'll take care of me regarding this. Initially these were great shoes but are low mileage

With in 15 minutes I had to start the return process. I am avid daily 5k runner, and have almost always bought New Balance. The right shoe with in moments start to dig into my outright side of my ankle. Thought there was just small sock / lacing issue, however after trying a few pairs of sock, and laced the shoe a few different ways the digging continued. Last version of the 1080 was the v10, which fit great, skipped the v11, and was hopeful for the v12. Also the mid felt not so smooth as previous. The shoe felt soft, just not what the series used to be.

Bought these here. Right shoe sole arch area very painful after walk just a few 10 yards. Not sure what the problem is but there unbearable for long walks. No problem with left shoe. This is the 2nd pair with this problem. Will not buy any more. Spent 160 and 3 months later it is only getting worse.

I've worn NB for years. The 880v11 Size 11 4E fight perfectly. But the same size in the 880V12 were too small--and the 11.5 were too big. So I tried to 1080 V12 in Size 11 4E. They were great shoes, but were too big. A size smaller--which I tried in a store--were too small. Very frustrating that you don't stick with the same sizing year after year.

These shoes make you tilt back towards your heel. It makes my back hurt. I've worn them for several days and several days worth of back pain. I switched to another pair of shoes and back pain went away. Switched back to these and I can feel myself tilting back on my heels again. But they are comfortable. But way over priced. Almost 200 for these is over double what they should be.

A friend and I met up for dinner. When he came in I thought it was a joke. We always played jokes on each other. I said it wasn't a joke and people at work laugh at them too. It reminded my of how popular Platform Shoes were. LOL

Narrow shoe. Could noe get mr feet in shoes. Labeled 10 1/2. And 4E which I have worn for 6 years. I noticed other complaints of a similar nature.jt

The product was not satisfactory. One shoe was smaller than the other

So comfortable , such a soft feel under foot and looked great. BUT I was unable to stand upright with out the sense that I was going to fall over backwards. The lack of support under the back of the heel I believe was the problem.

I bought these to replace a worn pair of the same shoe. The old pair fit perfectly right out of the box. I could not even get my foot into these. The box, and the tags indicated the same size as previously purchased. Something is wrong at the manufacturing plant.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for over 40 years. Yes, I said over 40 (forty) years. I have been an extremely loyal customer. Lately, due to the lack of availability of this shoe in stores, I tried ordering them directly from New Balance. I tried twice, on two separate occasions. Each pair that arrived was WAY too small. In the end, I had to return both pairs. I have two pair now that I bought in stores nearby and they fit great. Not sure where New Balance is getting the shoes that they send out directly, but I am done ordering them via the Internet directly from New Balance. The quality control is not there. In both cases, it wasn't even close - I could tell the size was way off as soon as I tried on the shoes. Disappointing.

I've been using NB for over 40 years, and have ordered and worn 1080s and their predecessors for decades. This shoe, supposedly a 10 4E really isn't and is too narrow and tight., and i had to return it. I just bought other shoes in 10 4E so I know my feet haven't changed. Buh!

Terrible. I had 1080B11 and upgraded to 1080V12. Different fit, very dissatisfied.

Loved the previous version, these are average at best. Do better NB!
