Beautiful, very comfortable, and really great looking. Perfect for walking in. I'm not a runner.

The new heel and extra stack height make this shoe heavy and clunky. You don't get the same pop as you did from the v10. At least no weird heel cup?

Great sneaker as New Balance always is. I have extra wide feet and New Balance is the only sneaker I can wear. I dint even have to try them on I go online and order my size and they always fit.

This is my 8th generation wearing 1080. Great cushioning but at the sacrifice of response. It also feels heavier. (this review comes after having logged 60+ miles) The laces are better than the 1080 v11. Overall good everyday training but I selected not to wear it for a recent half and full marathons. I opted to wear the Rebel that has much better response and ideal for speed.

They are huge, I mean my foot just drown in that shoes of my regular size, forefoot part is so wide so I can't even imagine what wide version will be, like flippers probably. Runs very large, not tried yet size down. As for shoes - they are super comfy, made great, looks great, real premium product. So clear 5 stars despite the fit.

I have an ankle fusion and the rocker bottom on these shoes makes it so much easier to walk!

This is the best running shoes Experience I have ever had. It helped to make more miles. To me, more heel cushions would have been great. Except that it is a 5-star shoe.

Love the Fresh Foam X 1080v12 shoe but I have a high instep and need the extra wide size. Checked every store within 100 miles (over 18 stores) and only one carried any extra wide at all, but none in my size. Even the New Balance website has virtually no extra wide inventory for the Fresh Foam X 1080v12 shoe, and none in size 10.5. For a company/shoe that touts catering to folks with wide feet this is extremely frustrating. Long for the good old days when the only thing to complain about was the limited colors for extra wide sizes.

This is my first New Balance running shoe and I am pleasantly surprised how good it is. Fresh Foam X provide good cushion and support.

Nice wide toe box with excellent all around cushioning. A solid comfy shoe for running or for work.

Very supportive, my foot doctor recommended them. I liked them so much, that I bought two pairs (one for inside use and one for outside use).

The shoes are a lot more comfortable. Seem to have more toe box room. They do seem to be a little heavier than the 11's. I use them for distance runs of 5 or more miles.

Incredibly soft and comfortable. I am usually a 9 but sized down to a 8.5 and they fit perfect. Walked Disneyland for 3 days and felt like I was on clouds.

Received shoes coming apart where glued near laces at front of shoe. These are an expensive item so I was surprised at the lack of care in presentation and also the lack of concern from your customer service team.

I spend usually from 10 to 16 hours standing and walking . those shoes are really nice , comfortable . I don't even noticed now after I hit the 8 hours mark .

Dad had last year's model and got this version for Father's Day... Great everyday shoe for him

I wear this shoe to walk 5 miles every morning. I have a model 11 that i wear all day. I've been wearing the 1080 for 4 years and have owned every model made since then. The model 12 is by far the best. It's the most comfortable and gives you the best balance.

Purchased this item for running and have been very happy with them. They keep your feet cool and clunky and are not too bulky. Also used them for a recent trip out of the country. Wore them all day with no aches or pains

Great Cushioning . Good for wide feet. Square front design is a plus

The new 1080v12's are the best you can buy for comfort and stability. I don't run anymore, but these are great for all-around living and walking.
