Not comfortable in any way

Not even a month old sneakers, I wear my sneakers two days a week for 5 hours and they have a hole on the right side of the sneaker.

Shoe came in tight but that wasn't a problem. The problem was it also had yellow dirty stains/marks on each shoe.

These shoes are so cute in the photographs, but when you buy them, because of the way the shoe fits, your foot will slide forward and therefore it's hard to find a size that works with you. Do not buy these online. I bought two and both of them don't work.

I was utterly disappointed after trying on my newly bought shoes NB 574. I've been wearing the 574 style for 10 years and have 3 other pairs of 574 that I bought prior to New Balance changing the structure of the Classic 574 so loved by a few generations of fans. The structure now has a very thin tongue with inside seams that aren't smooth, thus it rubs on your foot causing irritation. NB. Also narrowed not only the bottom outsole on the heal part, but also the shoe itself, so my toes were squeezed into a smaller toe bed and it causes discomfort. The materials used are also thinner and less sturdy and supportive. These shoes won't last but a year with frequent use, unlike my old ones that I've been wearing for 5 years. Bad change New Balance. People wear tennis shoes for comfort and support. Our feet are the foundation to our body structure. Don't go along with the mainstream to make ALL shoes "lite" and "airy". I Returned this low quality version of the Classic 574.

I ordered these shoes in April and only a few months later, they have ripped on one wide. I haven't been to hard on these shoes so it's disappointing. The quality must not be so great.

I typically love new balance shoes but these ones were not that great. I don't love the rounded toe and they don't fit as comfortably as most new balance shoes. I would also go 1/2 size larger since the fit is wonky m, my toes hit the inside front of shoe.

I purchased 6.5 but it was way too small like kid's

I have wanted these shoes for the longest time. They finally came back in stock in my size. I bought them so excited! They came in and they didn't fit like a 9. They fit like an 8. And they were so uncomfortable. Such a let down.

I returned them because of the defects in the left shoe. The toe had an indented toe take would come out and the arch support seem to be inconsistent with the right shoe. I loved the look and the fit and would like to have them replaced.

Ughh I really really wanted to like these as I have been eyeing them for awhile now. After reading the reviews, I purchased the Nimbus Cloud w White in both my usual shoe size in 7 and also 7.5 (incase they really did run small). When they arrived, I noticed the suede was a slightly different shade from one another. The size 7 pair was slightly darker than 7.5. Also the material of the suede on one pair was a smooth, soft finish while the other pair had a rough suede finish. As for the fit, the size 7 was snug.. My big toe was touching the front of the shoe while the 7.5 was just too big! I'm super bummed to have to return both pairs as these would've been my first pair of New Balance shoes.

What's great is the style. Not a comfortable shoe. I am flat footed n I put dr schuls insole and still very uncomfortable.

I ordered them in black and received blue....Could get anyone to help me exchange them. Even though I got the wide width my feet hurt within 2 hours of wearing them. Usually love New Balance but I'm disappointed with these.

I have worn New Balance for years & have 6 pairs of the 880's in my cupboard in size 9.5. After all these years of purchasing New Balance, I have absolute trust in their sizing. However, this time I was wrong to trust & wish now that I had checked the reviews before ordering. Although there is no warning on the New Balance site, these shoes are AT LEAST a half size smaller in the way they fit compared to the 880's. A lot of my time wasted on this order & the return. . I think customers deserve a sizing chart comparing the differences in sizing of the different models. Then, at the very least, the customer is informed BEFORE they place their order. Very disappointed after this experience. If this chart already exists then it needs to be placed in a more prominent location on the website!

I purchased a 7.5 wide with shoe. Although they are really cute shoes. I don't find them comfortable at all. If I could return them. I definitely would.

Horrible can not find a pair of sneakers always sending them back.. Can't make it to the store in backbay. Will not take T and had knee surgery

Cute shoe - I was sad it blew out on the side. Our daughter loved the shoe. I purchased this shoe for our daughter and her trip to Italy. The side of the shoe blew out and I sent an email to customer service. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. WAS a NB fan for life, not so much anymore

Stiff. Heavy. Need to be more flexible and lighter

I am sad to say that I am so disappointed in this sneaker. I have been wearing NB for many years and I have loved all of them. My daughter gave me a gift card for mothers day for NB. I was excited to order but when I tried them the fit was so different than any other NB that I have had. I tried wearing them on a few walks thinking that they would break in and feel better. That is not what happened, they are still not comfortable. I called customer service and explained the situation and I was told that I would receive a return label which has not come yet. I was first told that it would cost 21.00 to return them and had to convince the rep to send me a pre paid label. I am concerned that I will have a problem getting the credit to my gift card and how long this process if going to take.

I thought I would really like this style but found it clumsy. They were not comfortable for me so I am returning them
