The tongues on the shoes are not strights hurts foot

I am a true size 7 for shoes. I ordered this shoe in a half larger, as was recommended. The shoe runs really small. My toes were crushed in the 71/2. A nice looking shoe, but obviously one that best not be ordered on line. Required to try on.

I was looking for a replacement for the 577. The shoe is not it. The feel and stride was different. Very easy to return.

I usually wear a 5.5 so ordered. Too small so I returned them and ordered a 6 - still small - can't figure out why shoe sizes are so far off from just a year ago

Was really excited about these, they're a little uncomfortable and you need to size up. I don't have a new balance in my area to return and don't want to go through the hassle of delivering it back.

The tenis shoes are cute, but in my opinion the are uncomfortable. I'm not using them to work out but as casual shoes.

I love the way this shoe looks and sized up as recommended (usually wear size 7 and ordered 7.5) but they're still quite tight against my toes :-( it's tolerable so I'll keep them but I wish I ordered a size 8!

I normally wear a size 11A in shoes. I ordered the 970 Core in an 11 1/2 B because New Balance is usually 1/2 size too short on me and my foot has been getting wider in the last few years. Sadly, the shoe was still too short, so I returned it and ordered a size 12B. It hasn't arrived yet, so I don't know if it will fit. I like the appearance of this shoe.

Overall, this shoe works. It is a casual shoe that is trusty and I'll keep them for a while. Ultimately, the shoe runs small and also compresses my toes a bit. I am always a 7.5, and I ordered an 8 due to a note on the site that they run small. Though i sized up when I ordered, they only just fit. They are on the snug side. But also, I have what is considered a narrow foot and still there isn't much room for my toes to spread. They are mildly scrunched, which makes these a bit uncomfortable on days with lots of walking.

The shoes ran a little small. I had them stretched. I have previously purchased two pairs of the 574 and they were good.

I went a 1/2 size up, per comments, but too loose. My regular size was too tight. This. Brand is usually a good fit for me, but no Goldilocks 'just right' this time.

I have New Balance walking shoes from a few years ago that are starting to show wear so purchased these and did not even try them on before starting the return. The quality has changed drastically and NOT for the better. I don't recommend these.

New Balance used to make their shoes with a wide toe box. Not anymore! Very disappointing. Don't understand why shoe companies construct their shoes in such a way that the big toe gets forced at an oblique, uncomfortable angle!

Super cute and comfortable, however they are already ripped on the seam on both shoes where the toebox meets the upper after only wearing them for a little over a month at my part time desk job.

One of the shoes didn't have the N sewn on in production. These were a birthday present for our daughter and the return process is too long so we are stuck with them and hope the fabric glue holds.

It looks nice but not very comfortable. The shoes keep falling down from my heels when I walk.
