It looks nice but not very comfortable. The shoes keep falling down from my heels when I walk.

really really comfy but kinda really ugly

Wish I could return these. You would think they are comfortable but they constantly give me a blister on the back of my heel. I bought despite the reviews because I thought they are so cute.

not true to size. I'd size up

I purchased these shoes 6 months ago. When I first bought them they were okay.my feet would occasionally hurt by the end of my work day. Fast forward 6 months and my feet hurt every day. The shoe looks fine but they are horribly uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed.

I loved the appearance--very retro. And, but for the fact that they were too short, they felt good. Lots of cushion. I bought them for casual wear and bought a half size larger than I normally wear because they weren't available in my size. But, they were too short--even though I bought 1/2 size larger. Sadly, I had to return them.

I've used new balance in the past and I have always liked them but these are uncomfortable . Inside feels hard

I ordered these once in my normal size. They were too small. I sent them back, still haven't been reimbursed. Tried ordering a half size up and they were still too small.

These shoes were too narrow and short for the size they were supposed to be.

The back of the shoes go up too high are are really uncomfortable and giving me bad blisters. The actual shoe is nice but wouldn't purchase another pair

Ordered a replacement pair for my old favorites, but the same size was half a size too small.

The shoes are super cute.. but they are uncomfortable. I work at hospital as a transporter and I walk a lot I had to order 3 times to get the right fit they run really small. They don't have a comfortable sole it has a strange arch. I wish I could return.

I absolutely love the shoe, except it arrived and had a few dirty spots and a place where the material has come up. I didn't notice, otherwise I would've exchanged them.I had already thrown away the box and gotten rid of the return label. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this shoe, it matches a lot of outfits and is comfortable. If you are between sizes, I would size up! The only reason I'm giving a poor rating is the condition they arrived. If you order this pair or one similar, make sure to check the quality! I will, likely, try to order a similar shoe in the future.

I usually wear a 6.5, but I had to size up since they run small. Although, a size 7 feels too big especially because my feet are narrow. I bought these shoes hoping to wear them everyday for work, but after wearing them for a month I got ingrown toes nails in both my feet. These didn't work for me since my foot kept sliding to the front of the shoe. I wouldn't really recommend, there are more comfortable options out there.

I loved the style and design of the shoes, however, I ordered wide width and it was not wide enough as I expected on the toe box. It also ran small though I sized up from a size 6 to 6.5

The look of this shoe is great. But it is not comfortable at all. The back of the shoe cut into the back of my foot. It was so painful, that it made me limp. This was a real disappointment.

This style is smaller than I thought. Return process is slow.

I ordered size up and the sizing was still really off, now I have to go through the headache of returning product with my busy schedule and will have to wait a long time before I have sneakers I can actually wear

Color was not the same as it appeared online. Also, these hurt the back of my feet so much...not sure why. I have a few other pairs in this same style and they are comfortable from the start. Didn't need to break them in.

Im so bummed as these are so cute but they really are not that comfortable. My friend bought a pair and returned them for the exact same reason. She said they were not comfy, don't buy them. I chose not to listen and bought them anyway. And yes, I was disappointed as she was right no comfy at all. 2 stars because they are super cute style.

This is my third pair of NB and I have ordered size 7 and they fit well. Unfortunately this size 7 ran a half size small and I needed to return them. So I am not sure what size to order going forward and honestly the thought of delivery trucks having to deliver, return, redeliver is not so good for the environment and a concern when deciding how I want to shop.

The toe box and the upper part of the shoe are both very shallow. I tried a 7 Wide which is what I usually wear, and there was no way I could get it on. I don't even think a 7 1/2 EE would fit. It is a nice shoe I just wish they would correct the sizing issue. I had to return it. I went through PayPal and I am hoping I don't have any issues getting a refund.
