The shoes are nice. Good quality. Just run small

I'm really surprised to read that people thought they ran small. I ordered an 8 which is what I always wear and I was swimming in them and had to return. I loved the style though.

I have always like New Balance shoes. They are the first I go to when needing a new pair of walking shoes. The fit is constant. I like the 574. There is one issue with the new shoes today and that is the thin soles in the toe area. I need to put in an extra insole to cushion the toe area. One can feel the material of the bottom of the shoe. Giving the entire sole area more material would be good.

I really like this shoe, but it would be nice to have more choice when it comes to double wide size

These are fine but I wish the orange/rust colored ones came in my size

I can pretty much dress these up or down which I like. The only thing that made me question it was the inside padding. Just slipped right out! But still comfy

These shoes are super comfortable! I would say size up a 0.5 size but don't order wide unless you normally do! It took my three tries before I got a pair that actually fit. I'm normally a 9.5 and got a 10 standard width.

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital. I think these shoes are comfortable, my feet do hurt by the end of my shift which could be that it's 12 hours. I love the color of mine that matches my scrubs. I typically wear a size 71/2 but I went up to a size 8 in these. They fit good but I think they make my feet look big. I don't know if it's the style but I still like them.

The reviews said, they feel like you're walking on clouds. I think they feel good, but I wouldn't say walking on clouds. Also, the first time I wore them walking I got blisters on my heels. The second time I wore them they didn't hurt as much.

These shoes are very comfortable. I was worried about the tongue which comes up very high, but it doesn't bother me. I like the color, which is between grey and beige, but more grey.

I had to return and repurchase half a size up and I think I could have gone a full size up, they run quite small. Other than that, super comfortable!

These are so cute and comfortable IF you size up at least half a size. Really frustrating when companies don't all follow standard sizing, and makes it hard to buy online. Other than that I love these shoes.

It's a cute pair of shoes and I ordered mostly because of the looks. I had to return because they run small: my regular 8 was more like 7.5. Also, a side not returns take forever to process so I think I won't be using the website anymore.

I could really love this shoe but it runs small and sadly I had to return it. Also, there was no feature to exchange the shoe. I am still waiting for my account to be credited. It felt very comfy but my toes were a bit crushed. I was drawn to the she because it had a retro look to it.

I have these sneakers and really love them. I am usually a 9 but in these sneakers I'm a 9.5. The shoe color is slightly faded and has a vintage look to them. I knew that before I purchased and am happy with them.

I really enjoy these shoes. I got a wide size and they are awesome. I would definitely recommend it if you have a wide fit. If you are in between sizes I would recommend sizing up for these.

I love how minimal the design & color ways are. I usually wear a size 8.5, per reviews sized up to a 9. When I walk I can feel the heel slip slightly but not enough to go through the whole return process not sure if the 8.5 would be too snug either. Overall, sizing is a bit odd nevertheless it's an extremely comfortable shoe.

It was okay. Not too comfy unlike my other 574. Don't know why.

I replaced a pair of 574s I had bought some years ago. This current pair is great, but as with all things these days, the quality of the production has decreased: no more metal rivets for laces near the top of the tongue, leatherish logo on top of tongue replaced with fabric. Even the shoe laces themselves aren't as thick and sturdy as they used to be. Still, I'm wearing them and they are comfortable.
