Came in a damaged box and was not the first time it was worn. I was not pleased by the way the item arrived but if they fit I would have kept them. sneakers were too large anyway. really surprised by the poor condition it came in.

I did not like how this felt on my foot. I did not like the lump in the sole behind my toes. Very uncomfortable for me.

I broke my ankle, and ordered a wide size 11. My toes were right at the tip of the shoe. There was no padding around my ankle, which is where I have screws in my ankle (having broken it ). So I’m returning them.

great sneakers, but did not work as well for my feet as the NB 327.

Cute sneakers, but the style makes my feet look wide, and I have relatively narrow feet. Also, they are a bit stiff for tennis shoes. I wanted to love them because the color / style is super cute, but I just couldn't get over how wide they look.

These shoes are attractive and well-made. However, I will return them due to the lack of arch support.

I loved the look of these shoes, and they were quite comfortable on my feet. Sorry I had to return them -- the sole is way too stiff.

I’m having a lot of trouble finding New Balance that fit. 5.5 wide fit for the last 20 years. They have changed.

These shoes were surprisingly uncomfortable. Disappointed because I have only worn NB during my entire running life.

Not enough cushioning

After wearing On Clouds and Hokas the last few years, these felt rigid and not comfortable.

These are cute but they run smaller than any shoe i’ve ever tried to wear and will not work with orthotics no matter what size you buy because the foot bed is not deep enough. I wear a 6 with my orthotics in every tennis shoe i’ve ever bought, and even without my orthotic in the 6 was too snug on my foot

The shoe is very stiff. Also not meant for wide feet. I got a wide and the shoe was still narrow and really uncomfortable. I tried my best to like them but ultimately decided that they weren’t worth the pain!

They were comfortable, with a decent amount of support. However, while the pictures suggest a more classic retro look and a somewhat low profile silhouette, they are actually rather bulbous and round shaped. They look wide and flat footed on.

Nice show just too big especially in the toe box. Also the high back rubs.

Very disappointed. I've now purchased three generations of this exact same shoe, all in size 12W. The first pair (from several years ago) fit perfectly. The second pair (from a couple years ago) was just a touch too long, but still worked for me. Now I've just received my third pair of these shoes a few days ago, and New Balance has made the same 12W a little smaller in both length and width. It's extremely frustrating because I have large feet and am getting sized out of shoes when brands alter their sizing. I suppose I could try the men's version of this shoe, but am not sure yet if I want to go through the trouble.
