This jacket looks great isn't bulky. I love it. I wish llbean would make it in more bright colors.

Very warm, I love the lightweight, it feels like I don't even have a coat on! I wish it had as many pockets and as large of pockets as the mens, which is what I normally order.

fits looser than in years past. I have this same jacket in navy large from a few years back and the fit is more snug. this jacket in black large is very roomy

Good-looking puffer jacket, surpisingly lightweight. I was able to order it in the beautiful bright blue color, in size Small. The fit is fine (I'm 5"3", 128 libs.) I would certainly recommend it to a friend. My only concern is that it turns out to be warm enough for Wisconsin in January. Time will tell.

I bought this for October/November in New England. My teen boys had them and I always wanted one. Finally broke down and got it. It's nice and light.

This is the perfect jacket to throw on when taking the dog out, running errands, etc. My last Ultralight 850 film jacket lasted for years but did not have a hood & I love the coziness! This jacket is also also longer-

Absolutely love this jacket! Super comfortable, attractive and warm. This lightweight jacket is amazing! It's not hot to wear when the temps aren't that cold. Yet the perfect warmth when it is colder. Totally comfortable to wear while in the car, as well. Not bulky at all. Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this jacket in an extra large 2 years ago and it's been great. My dog had jumped up and ripped the back of it a little bit and last year I duck taped it. It still works great! Thinking of getting another one as I love it so much! Last year I bought a replacement from a competitor and It did not stand up to the quality or comfort of the llbean. I think I'll visit the Marlton llbean store soon to buy another one and still will wear the duck taped one around my dog. Thanks llbean for a great jacket. BTW I bought and XL last time.

I bought this coat for a trip where there was a possibility of snow. It kept me comfortable in all the weather we encountered.

I love this jacket, so warm, soft and light. We'll see how it fairs over the winter.

The Ultralight 850 is my favorite warm jacket. It's warm, soft, not bulky, and sheds the rain of our Pacific Northwest winters. The thyme is a new color and it's a lovely green - perfect shade of green. The fit is both comfortable and flattering. I've had the same jacket in other colors, but the green is the all-time winner!

I don't remember what size I purchased. If it was a Large, I recall it being too tight around my chest.

Awesome coat! Comfortable, packable, and always wearable no matter the adventure. First we trekked the Grand Canyon. Then wore mine to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro. My wife's pink 850 went missing on that trek - so we got her a new one when we got home, but pink was sold out so she went for Bright Sapphire. Still love it - but PLEASE BRING BACK PINK for next season!!!!

I have only worn this once and will need to wait until next winter to have a better sense of performance, but it is beautifully made, it's a fabulous color, it has great style, and seems much warmer than another down jacket that I have of the same weight (love the 850 fill!). I would have preferred the cinching on the sleeves be designed a little differently, but I still think it is a great coat.

This is the perfect jacket for me. It's not too hot or too cold. I can wear it year-round. I have two - one in black and one in navy blue. The hoodie makes it perfect too. I love your products.

Love this jacket. I wanted a wind/ rain proof down and this is great. Nice wrist size with elastic, no snaps or Velcro. The hood is perfect and not overwhelming my head, it's nicely sized, also the jacket is not too puffy. Inside is a vibrant red, goes great with the bright blue.

very warm considering how lightweight it is! hoping to bring it backpacking in Scotland this summer.

I never thought I would love a jacket so much! Ultralight is a perfect name, but it keeps me warm during those cold upper 30 days. It also does an excellent job of not overheating me when it gets up to the 50s. I got caught in a downpour while wearing this jacket. I stayed warm and dry. The jacket dried quickly when I hung it up back at home. Packs into its left pocket pretty well. It was a little tricky, but I eventually got it. I can't say enough good things about this jacket.

This coat is so light when you pick it up, but it is warmer than much heavier coats that I have. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Love the sapphire blue and the fun contrasting lining color, and the essential inside pockets. Wish I had ordered the medium petite, as it runs long & large. Hoping you'll offer more jackets in attractive cool colors (purples, blues, teals) with pockets that accommodate a phone.
