I received my new jacket today. It's beautiful. I can't wait to wear it. It's very light weight, however, it feels very warm and effective. I love the color and the hidden pocket inside for my cell phone and money and keys.

I Purchased the gold hooded coat.........in a large.....it goes over vests that I wear for extra warmth so glad it is a large....a medium would not be able to do this!!!!!!!!But there seems to be a product inside that appears black as a form of filler that sort of bugs me because in certain light it does not appear solid GOLD!

Lightweight, warm, colorful jacket...perfect for Maine cold weather! Very happy with my purchase.

This is part 2 of my review. I just returned from Fairbanks Alaska! This jacket did not disappoint. For -15 degree Fahrenheit , yes - degree, I wore a fleece vest and sweatshirt underneath and I was warmer than warm! Jacket alone is durable for 20 degrees with a shirt underneath but add underlayers and it held up perfect! I packed it in its pocket for a pillow on the plane plus I did not have to lug it while hanging over my carry on. Totally recommend it!

Really appreciate wearing this coat as I walk and move about in the cold New England weather. It is very warm, but thin and not bulky. Cute style too.

I've only worn it once so far, but it was really comfortable and nicely warm. I purchased both a small petite and a medium petite, since i was unsure how it would fit. The Small is listed as a 6-8 and I would say that is correct. The medium is shown as a 10-12 and it was definitely too large for me. Since I like to layer and I purchased this jacket for colder weather, I thought an X-Small (listed as a 2-4 I think) would be too small and i think that is correct. So the Small petite fits true to size. The one thing I wish it had was a 2-way zipper, so i could zip it up from the bottom. Other than that, I really like the jacket. I purchased the bright sapphire blue color. Some people mentioned the excessive logos. They do not stand out on this color, so if you don't want them to show, think about getting this color.

Love this coat! I wear it all the time! Indiana weather is unpredictable so I throw it on and it works no matter how cold or windy!

Love my jacket. Very lightweight and warm! LL Bean needs to work on their sizing. Never true to size. Had to go up a couple sizes in order to fit a sweater under. It is a bit big but my normal size was skin tight. Went up 2 sizes because my normal size and the next size up had the same chest measurement on the size chart listed online.

I love this jacket, it's warm and cozy. The hood fits well and love how light weight it is. I bought the red jacket, as it turns out it's more of a rust color and just love it. The only draw back is the fit is slightly big. Should have gotten petite

I don't know how to rate this jacket. The jacket itself is very nice. I was hoping the color would be a nice Mandarin orange but in my opinion it has brown undertones which makes it look a bit muddy. I returned it for that reason. I do realize it is purely subjective on my part so I hesitate to downgrade it for that reason alone. It is a nice jacket for someone, just not for me.

This is my favorite winter coat ever. It is lightweight but super warm and very wind resistant. The colors are beautiful. There are two zip hand pockets, an inner zip pocket for money/cards, and a 4th deep inner pocket. It spots cleans easily as needed (mom of littles). Fits true to size. Extremely well made. I feel cute and comfy and would buy this again and again. Highly recommend!

This ultralight 850 Down Hooded Jacket is exactly what it is designed to be: a very light but very warm jacket. It is also nice looking because it is not terribly bulky and does not make you look like a marshmallow. Well worth the extra money!

Cozy..just what I wanted. Ordered a color other than navy or black so it would be easily found in a closet. Also ordered a size up for easy on and off Very happy with purchase.

I bought this jacket because I'm going on a trip to Fairbanks Alaska. I will have a follow up review for it with pics. I never had a puffy jacket before and upon receipt this was surprisingly thin for where I'm going. Now that it's colder where I live, in 20-30F I was able to wear this jacket unzipped with just a sweatshirt and still be comfortably warm. No midlayer. In 40F I just wore a tshirt with the jacket unzipped and still feel comfy. I live by the water and it protected me on the windy days with the hood on. It held up in the rain as a water repellent product just be mindful. So far I feel confident for the purpose of my purchase. These were the questions I had but no one had the answers so I hope my review helps. The fit had room for me to add my layers for when it's 0 or less degrees. The fit was flattering considering I'm pleasantly plump (2x and 5'6") so all of you will know that you will look totally fab in it. I even stuffed my jacket into its own pocket, like a sleeping bag, and it will make a great pillow on the plane. Just be careful as you zip and unzip the stuffed pocket. It can get caught so be patient packing it and unpacking it in its pocket. I'm happy with this jacket so far! To be continued

My second one, I love this light weight jacket. And the best thing you can wash it.

Jacket is the best. Still wearing about same jacket purchased 10 years ago, I ripped it was losing feathers, patched, so purchased again. Good product.

Wonderful jacket. I'm always cold and for the first time I'm ok in this coat. Love the color too. Fit is perfect even with a heavy sweater underneath.

I really did not expect to purchase this jacket when I went shoppingbut I could not be happier..we live in the northeast and temps were below zero ..jacket was perfect..then went out west where temps were in the 40's but damp jacket was still perfect . Highly recommend.

Great jacket. Protects from wind and very warm yet light weight and easy to pack. The zippers are good and do not stick or get caught on the fabric. I like the extra cargo pocket on the inside. The hood stays on and does not blow off. I initially bought the gold online because it was on sale. I should have paid attention to the review showing how dirty it looks. I returned it to our local outlet. All the other colors had the same 'dirty' look. The black one is good though. I love the jacket.
