This coat is perfect for keeping me warm. I love the fit. The color is beautiful. I've received many compliments on it.

Warm, lightweight and packable. I'm 5'4", 125lbs. Purchased a small, petite. Fits with ample room for arm movement for cross country skiing.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Fit was perfect (medium). My granddaughter had gotten one earlier (small) and loves it too.

This coat keeps out the wind, and is quite warm on the coldest of days.

Lightweight and warm, this jacket is all I had hoped it would be. I like the color and the contrasting zippper is a bonus. I like the fit, which leaves room for a sweater. The hood leaves room for a hat. I expect to get a lot of use out of this excellent jacket.

Great jacket for New England winters. Runs large. I am 5'8" 125 lbs with a long torso and the XXS fits great. I would normally be a S. Much slimmer fit than other puffy coats which I like.

Lightweight and very warm! The hood is a definite bonus. Another bonus is that I can zip it into another Bean coat that I have.

This jacket is warm & comfortable. I am very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend it for outside wear in cold weather. The sleeves are slightly too long for me, but manageable.

I finally broke down and bought a real jacket. It's the next best thing since sliced bread. The ultralight 850 Down Hooded Jacket is so warm but yet so light, not bulky at all. AND I get so many compliments on it! (Thyme colored) Love it!

Now I have THREE 850 down jackets. Perfect fo fall... mild winter days... and spring. On deep cold days I other LL Bean down coats to wear.

Very warm jacket, I live in the PNW and it's not too cold but can get cold in Jan/Feb this is much warmer than my EB jacket, which I told myself I would never cheat on them. Funny thing, I lived in Maine for a few years and told myself I'd never buy this brand but after moving to PNW I couldn't help myself .

warm, perfect fit, can squeeze it into small spaces (small backpack for example)

This coat is super warm! It is not as fitted as it appears to be in the photo, but the length is still good and I am glad I kept it!

I bought aq Petite small and it fit perfectly on my 5' frame. The body of the jacket is just right to fit a medium weight sweater or such underneath. Just right for cold weather activity
