I bought this, my third Packaway jacket, because I love the other two jackets so much and I really wanted a black jacket. My previous two jackets are XS Petite but I bought this one in XXS and I love how it fits. This jacket is warm, lightweight, and stylish. I love it and feel so cozy in it. The zip pockets are great for keeping items secure. I highly recommend this jacket!!!! It was my "winter" coat one winter I was in Germany - that's how warm it is!

When I received this jacket I thought it was way too light to keep me warm. I almost sent it back on arrival, but decided to try it out first. I took it on a 28 mile bike ride in the mid 40s with a fleece and undershirt underneath and it was perfect. I then took it on a hike in the mid 30s but sunny and it worked great. I think LL Bean updated to the PrimaLoft fleece and made it better. I am keeping it!!

I have been searching for a new PrimaLoft jacket for a couple of years. With this jacket, my search is over! It is soft, comfy and warm. It is it not bulky, and that the arms aren't too tight, so you can wear another warm layer (like a sweater or fleece) underneath without feeling bunched up. The length is good - not too short - and the 3 pockets zip secure. Zipper quality is good, but you do have to be careful with the zippers on the pockets so the fabric doesn't get caught in the zipper. This happened to me the first few times I zipped the pockets up, but then the fabric around the zippers seemed to settle and the issue went away. The light juniper color is great. I like this jacket so much, I am considering getting the non-hooded version.

I love, love, love this coat. It is so light weight, it's warm enough, and true to size. I bought it in the red and it is a very pretty red. I don't even feel like I have a jacket on because it is so light weight. I would highly recommend this coat to anyone. You can tell it is of good quality materials.

I purchased this for an autumn trip to Utah and it was perfect! Lightweight, easy to roll up and store in a backpack, warm, comfortable. Sizing was accurate.

Fits well and is not bulky. I appreciate that it is a down alternative. The hood is nice, it stays in place.

I am 5"4 and 170 and the large was roomy - with plenty of room for a sweater. I have two colors in this jacket & find it super comfy... Now I've lost 40 lbs.so may get a medium or med petite. What is with the weird blocks of color like in the pink. Not a good look & Bean should lose it :-) Also how about a few more colors like olive green?

Just the right weight for cool weather. The jacket allows freedom of movement and plenty of room to add a sweater or vest underneath if the weather is even cooler.
